I absolutely love this navy patio sofa. It’s true to the navy color (darker than it advertises which is what I was hoping for), it’s comfortable, and looks great after assembly. The material doesn’t feel cheap which is surprising considering the cost. The cushions came vacuum sealed and if you follow the directions like I did then you will have nothing but fluffy cushy pillows. To get the bottom cushions in the covers I folded them and it helped a lot. I washed all the pillow covers in cold water before using them and dried them on low in the dryer and they came out perfect. The assembly is pretty time consuming but thankfully we have a drill with an Allen wrench bit so it made the process a lot faster than others’. I bought two to complete the look I wanted and they turned out great! Hopefully they will last a long time being under a covered balcony and with the included waterproof couch covers which have been a wonderful addition. I’m 5’5” and the couch comes to the middle of my back but it’s comfortable because the cushions are very supportive. Also the wicker is a dark brown not black which I thought the product pictures made it look more like (yay for me because I was hoping for a dark brown). Overall, a perfect purchase with cost, comfort, ease of assembly, and design/look. I would definitely recommend! ... show more

Very pleased with quality and construction. Assembly directions and parts were confusing. Couch parts were labeled clearly however the screws and bolts were in bags with no labels. Difficult to tell which ones to be used for what according to directions. One style only had 5/6 so we had to go to hardware store to buy one. Then on the last step , the bolts for the legs were too short so my husband had to cut them. Overall, it is a nice patio couch for the price. Happy with the purchase. ... show more

I can’t believe how comfortable this couch is! When I was looking for outdoor furniture, comfort was the biggest quality I required. This couch was easy to build, super sturdy, and incredibly cute! My only complaint with this is that it was missing a few screws. I’m sure it was a simple mistake.

I LOVE this sofa! Priced at $299 it was quite the bargain when compared with other patio sofas. It was almost impossible to un-package the foam cushions. Two of the cushions are stored together and one is stored alone. When unpacking them be sure to start with the single foam. Then, once you get the hang of it, try the 2 foam package. It took me about an hour to unpack the foam. Do not cut the plastic around the foam as it is vacuum packed and will expand making it even more difficult. My method (at 77 years old) was to stand at a wall so I couldn't fall down and rock the square piece of rattan (D) back and forth...a millimeter at a time until it loosened. I wore a stiff soled shoe which I put against the little lip of (A) allowing some leverage. Customer service was OUTSTANDING getting back to me within 24 hours to provide hints although I finally dislodged the foam on my own. Wish they had a video showing how they would unpack. As soon as you unpack the foam, put it inside the cover as the foam my expand more in a few minutes to hours and it is quite difficult to stuff into the cover. The foam is not perfectly square so be sure to put the narrow side in the narrow side of the cover. Folding the foam will help you get it in. The diagram of instructions is easy to follow but there are a TON of bolts, washers and nuts so just go step by step. Fortunately, they supplied a few extra hardware as one bolt was damaged. Plus, if you happen to lose one, you've got a spare. The whole operation probably took me about 4.5 hours but I took breaks. The wrench and allen wrench are perfectly adequate for assembly. The sofa looks great and is quite comfortable. The low back, apparently complaint on other reviews, is not a problem. The material of pillows and cushions is tough and color (blue) great and as shown on the website. It's nice that they include a cover! ... show more

This was reasonably priced compared to stuff at the big box stores. Went together pretty easily, doesn’t take much effort just take your time. Cushions are comfortable. Sometimes during assembly you have to turn it upside down, etc. Well, put some cardboard or something down under that rattan cuz it scratches very easily. All in all, I’m very happy. Hesitant to give 5 stars because I don’t know about longevity yet. ... show more

Very happy so far it’s only been 2 days. It does take a long time to put together. It took my daughter and I about 4 hours. Not complaining and it’s not complicated but it is time consuming. The only time I broke a sweat was getting those darn couch cushions in their covers. Too narrow of an opening. One of the zippers zipped right off, I’ll contact the seller.
