After a very long search, I finally ordered this set and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Here’s what I love: - Cushions are thick and comfortable (at least 4 inches thick) - Fabric is bright and beautiful- and seems to be water resistant. I do keep a tarp over it as we get a lot of rain, but for small spills or a sudden sprinkle the fabric should hold up well - The set can be locked into position, which helps tremendously with the shifting of the chairs - The size is great! It is large, and you can fit many people comfortably. And it easily moves around, so you can turn it into couches or a large lounge area - it’s great for entertaining. The only downside so far is that I have not figured out a way to keep the cushions from shifting. The cushions are reversible so I don’t want to use Velcro. But it’s a minor annoyance. Overall it arrived quickly and was easy to assemble (my husband did it by himself in about 2 hours). It seems very sturdy and I hope it lasts us several years. I love this patio furniture! It is well made and very sharp looking! It is made to repel water. It has a cover to put over the whole set when you put them close together for extended rain showers. It came in five boxes. It doesn’t necessarily all come at the same time if coming from different warehouses but it will get there. They keep track where each box is. It takes some time to put together because of its design but it is well worth it! I can easily remove bird droppings with a damp cloth. It is very comfortable to sit on. Nice set, really no issues and very pleased with our purchase. Color is great, reminds us of a nice Caribbean blue. Assembly is very easy, no issues for us and about 90 mins total. Using most of the set inside, 3 pieces in the deck and really like the ability to configure so many ways. Only thing is we’d like a bit firmer cushion, not a big deal. LOVE this set! For the price, I’m blown away! Took me three days to put together, but that’s because there were so many pieces. It went together very easy. I like the fact that it's pretty sturdy and the color is awesome. At first I wasn't sure about the color but it made my dull basement brighter and pleasant to walk into. The only complaint I have about the product is that some of the parts and screws were missing. I emailed the seller and they were more than nice. They emailed the rest of the parts and told me to keep any extra pieces for future use. I still had some screws missing from the 1st order. I emailed them again for screws to place the legs on 2 of the chairs. As you can see 2 of the chairs at the end is lower because the legs are not on there. Once I receive the screw to add the legs I’ll update again. Now the sectional is even longer. I’m updating this from the last review. So the screws did come which I knew it would. I made sure i added the pictures with 2 chairs looking lower because the legs are not on. The last 2 pictures you’ll see the difference with the legs on. Buyer beware! We ordered this (10) piece sectional on March 25, 2023, and received it on April 5th We assembled one section and were surprised at how small it appeared and how uncomfortable it was. The quality is not very good, the back of the sectional is very low, the cushions are sub-par quality, and the material looks like plastic. We decided we wanted to return the sectional and initiated the return process on April 7, after all, Amazon has a 30-day return policy, right? Without getting into all the detail, the return process was very frustrating, and we were shocked to find out the seller requires a 20% restock fee and we must pay for the return shipping. With the 20% restock fee $153.80 and the FedEx shipping cost of approximately $847.00 we would be at $1000.80 to return the sectional. Therefore, we would endo up LOSING $231.80. Now we are stuck with it, we would not even keep it if it was given to us for free, we have since purchased a real sectional. Ultimately Amazon did not support our dissatisfaction and even cut us off from communicating with Rattan artisan (Seller) and closed our return complaint without our agreement while trying to negotiate some kind of refund for our displeasure (seller offered us a small refund). Not only would I never recommend this sectional, but I will also never buy large or heavy products from Amazon again as their 30-Day Return Policy dopes not support these types of products. See the attached photo's comparing the sectional be bought from Amazon, vs. a real sectional we ended up buying from a real furniture store. Amazon has disappointed us for sure. Our next step will be to log a Better Business Bureau complaint towards Amazon as the "small print trap" is very poor business. Mark from Michigan ... show more

Came in 4 boxes and they all arrived on different days. Looks nice when put together, but the back rest is short and kind of uncomfortable and cushions are not super thick. We will see how it holds up. Was missing 6 nuts that I had to go buy to complete putting together which made me mad. Overall is is just ok for the price. ... show more

This set is lovely. My fiancé and I have been looking for a patio furniture set for a while now and have been struggling to find the perfect one because there’s been mixed reviews for many of them. We finally decided to buy this one and we do not regret it. It did take some time to assemble. But not because it is difficult, mainly because it is just a lot of screws that you are given an Allen key to screw in. The instructions at first may look intimidating because it is just poor images and letters but once you figure out the pieces/screws and put the first part of the set together the rest is basically the same. My parents helps us to put it together so with our team of 4 we put it together in 2 and a half hours. The cushions are soft and comfortable. The protective cover that comes with it is also cool to just pull over the set when we are finished using it. I love it! ... show more
