it took me personally about a two days to install but in my defense i started when it was like 6-7 pm it got dark out. went to my place of work had to use a reciprocating saw to trim the metal tube to fit in the box correctly and cut the blue tubing which was no big deal. DEFINITELY do a before and after sound test. the difference in the intake sucking in air is amazing. but i recommend it just some small trimming but works amazing. ... show more

So this item has been great! My original filter box was breaking and also had dirt inside and quote from pick a park wanted $30+ for the box used? So I said I could get a cold air intake for about or less on Amazon so I did. And it's in my favorite color. Only thing is I read that the filter might fall, so I used water proof electrical tape and still on to this day. ... show more

Attempted to be fair with the rating and not just say "I'd give it zero if I could" just because it didn't fit but for being "universal" this took a lot of work and still in progress to completely fit it. On the plus side, it's exactly as pictured and overall the filter looks quality especially at the price point. If easy to install it would be a 5, given it's hours of cutting and work to get it to fit a 3 (imo) seems a fair spot to put this. ... show more

I like them, (I bought 2, cuz the Ford intake has 2 nipples on it), so that I could cleanup my engine compartment, and get rid of that big, nasty airbox. Now I can actually see the motor, and get at my belts, when I need to.
