While I do like the fact that it telescopes and makes it convenient for packing and travel, it also creates another direction for airflow to move. I really don't like the ring at the mouthpiece, I'm going to take it out. Finally the fact that the bottom has such a large hole makes it impractical. Cuts down on the force of airflow and the best way to use it is to put the end directly up against a piece of charcoal wood or something in the fire pit and blow out through the small side hole. ... show more
