Adult responsibilities have never been so entertaining! First off, this 10-inch beauty is more accurate than my mother-in-law's criticism of my home improvements. The "pins" (or more accurately, thin plates) slide smoother than my excuses for why the bathroom remodel is taking so long. And that locking mechanism? Tighter than my budget after buying all these home improvement tools! ### Pros: - Perfect for copying irregular shapes (like that weird crown molding the previous homeowner installed while presumably blindfolded) - Locking mechanism actually works (unlike my promises to "finish the project this weekend") - Great for entertaining yourself during breaks (I may have spent 20 minutes making impressions of various household items) - Doubles as a conversation piece ("Why yes, this IS a professional tool, not a fancy back scratcher!") The real magic happens when you're trying to cut around pipes or fit flooring around door frames.
