    • Decent but not perfect for what I want
Mounted Radenso SP onto a 2020 Ram 1500 Larime (with big rear view mirror back on window for rain sensing wipers and auto headlights...). The product does not seem to be specifically designed for this application but I was able to modify it to make it work. It feels like it is made well and it will be sturdy to hold a radar detector in place with no problems. The only issue I had is in this particular case the way the mirror is mounted does not allow the mounting system to have the radar detector sit close underneath the rearview mirror. I would like it to almost be touching the bottom of the rearview mirror so that it is a nice clean tight look. Without doing the modifications I did, it would have sat below the rearview mirror with about a 1.5 or 2 inch gap. It’s not the end of the world, but I wanted it to be closer so I modified it to do it that way. If there was an easier way to adjust the height, I would give it five stars. All in all, it will work and seems to be made well. I will update this if I have any problems but I doubt I will have any. ... show more

I purchased this holder to attach my Radenso SP radar detector to my rear view mirror. Right away there is a problem - the clip that inserts inside the radar detector is not properly sized, and therefore does not hold the detector in place: it is missing tab cut outs. What I did was I adapted the clip from the radar detector itself that came with it - it can be screwed in place of the one that came with this one. Not great, but it does work. Also the rear view mirror holder bracket is sized awkwardly with sharp teeth - which may or may not over time leave marks on the rear view mirror stem. ... show more

    • Definitely not for the Radenso XP it stated that it works with!
This was purchased for a Radenso XP. The one purchased was SUPPOSEDLY for the XP. It's wobbly and you don't even have to push the release button on the RD to take it off. Definitely not for this RD!

This item are great easy to install just have to take your time I couldn’t ask for anything better. Except maybe it could be a little heavier duty but other than that it does the job and works great I love it
