    • A Life Saver
Color: Orange
My wife, who used to wait in the car while I was shopping in big box stores, now is hard to keep up with as she scoots from aisle to aisle. It folds and unfolds so easily we can use it for multiple stops without wearing me out! She uses it at home as well when her ankles start to scream in the evening. We’re so impressed with how light it is, the extreme battery life, and what others have noted here, the customer service! Truly a life saver! ... show more

    • Wonderful Scooter - I Can Lift It Into Car by Myself !
Color: Orange
I have trouble walking but this scooter has given me back some of my freedom. The “worst” part is there is not much room for all the bargains I can find now. This scooter can go v-e-r-y slowly or zoom along. I love it!

    • Easy to fold and go
Color: Orange
I purchased this for my husband because he has trouble walking long distances due to a medical issue. I researched many scooters and this one seemed to be the easiest to fold down and travel with and light enough to pick up. It’s even compact enough to use in the house. My husband was impressed with its speed as some we’ve rented are quite slow. There’s a couple cons…seat isn’t adjustable in height and back of seat isn’t comfortable. He’s 6’1” which makes him feel a little cramped. Also, I had to order a lumbar support pillow for him as the back of the seat isn’t comfortable. So far the battery like has been great. In all this purchase has made life more enjoyable for both of us! Highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Battery problems. Lack of customer response.
Color: Orange
I have had the scooter for several weeks and I've had a couple of things break or fall apart, which I've had to repair which is not a big deal. I love the scooter, but, I think the battery is faulty. Just as others have mentioned, I have charged it and then gone maybe 2 miles and then it died. Had to walk home get the car and bring it back to the house. I have tried endlessly to contact the vendor as well as AMAZON regarding this purchase and I cannot get a call back. That address is my concern. I did file a return with Amazon, which I didn't want to file, but I was hoping I would get a response regarding replacement of the battery. Didn't happen. I wouldn't say this vendor has the reputation. He says he has for service. ... show more
