Lovely item, I bought one & it puts out more heat than another electric heater I bought . That is why I am going to buy another, which I just did. Customers said it was not realistic looking and I totally disagree with this opinion. It is VERY REALISTIC looking. The only problem I had with mine was that when I turn it off it doesn't go off right away, it cycles off for about 1/2 a minute before it totally shuts down. It warms one room and 1/2 of another bedroom I have. The first button seems like the air is not that hot so I put it on the second setting and it comes out very hot. I love the color choice to. So even though I see a few issues with it I still think it is the better heater to buy out of all other choices. Thank you

The media could not be loaded. Warms a medium sized room ok but , not a great as other upright hearters, possible because the heating element is on the top and heat rised so if I sit in front of it I barely feel the heat, I have to stand up to feel it, less output than I thought when it became really cold I had to add another heater. The Fireplace is realistic with 5 different speeds, heights 5 different levels of light and 4 different collor flame lightsand 4 different color logs lights that can be used in16 different combinations the lights flames are Red or Orange or majority Yellow and Blue and majority Blue and Yellow. The logs colors are Red, Orange and maybe a warmer Red but I can't notice any discernable difference in the Reds. The housing itself is beautiful and you can also see the flames on both sides It comes with a remote but you can also adjust everything on the heater itself with a lighted display control panel. I Recommend if you have a small room to heat up but for a large room I do not think it puts out enough heat unless you use it in a work room where you are standing. Beautiful yes, functional... so so

I love this little fireplace heater! Easy to put together (just screw in the legs), looks great, heats well and you have to love the customizable flame and log colors. The flames looks very realistic and you can even change the speed of the flames. I put it in a room that doesn't get as much air from the furnace as the other rooms and it does a good job at adding additional heat. Remote is fully fuctional and easy to read/use. It's silent when the heat is off and when the heat is on the sound is very minimal you don't really notice it at all.

I have had this item for a week now and I’m loving it. You can operate it by remote or the controls on the actual product. There are three color modes for both the logs and the flames. You can also chose them separately. For instance you could have blue flames with red logs. It has two heat settings and effectively warms up the 500ish square foot area I have it in. At the time I am writing this review the heater has been running on the high heat setting for about 3.5 hours and the sides and back are cool to the touch. The top of it is warm but wouldn’t hurt anyone. You can definitely tell that it’s a fake fire but even heaters that are 2 or 3 times more expensive that this one, you can still tell they are fake. I don’t anticipate it requiring too much power but I’ll look at my bill after a month or two and update it it’s sucking down a ton of electricity. All around it’s a great little heater, looks nice in your home and is priced appropriately.

After all the great reviews, I bought this. But it’s disappointing. The flame colors are garish - nothing even close to a calming effect, even on the dimmest setting. Unrealistic . Noise level is noticeable, but not extreme. The top does get hot. It’s difficult to know what setting the thing is on, there must be some code to it. I wouldn’t buy it again. The photos of it against a wall are misleading, because instructions warn to keep it a couple feet from anything.
