I have issues sleeping through the night, I usually wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep for hours and of course the next morning I am exhausted. After an extensive research I decided to buy Magnesium Glycinate, I took 2 pills as recommended but the next morning I had to go the bathroom so I decided to take only one. It's been about 2 weeks taking only 1 pill before going to bed and I can see a big improvement on my sleep. First, I noticed my sleep is deep which I like a lot, I rest better. Second, I still wake up in the middle of the night (only sometimes) but I go back to sleep almost right away. I don't struggle at work during the day anymore, I am very happy.

To me the capsules are easy to swallow and have not caused any noticeable side affects. However, caveat emptor According to a google search there is a 2023 “pending” class action lawsuit claiming the potency is not as advertised. For now, I will assume innocent until proven guilty.
