I have used several Qunol products and associate the brand with quality. As I've gotten older, I have found it harder to get a solid night's sleep. Magnesium has several benefits, one being a natural sleep aid. After I started taking this magnesium, my sleep has improved. I'm going to sleep quicker and not waking up so often. I also give it to my son who is on the spectrum when he is going through a phase of not sleeping very well. This has helped him to reset his sleep pattern.
