This is an amazing supplement to add to your regimen if it is doctor approved for you. As a retired nurse I do know if you are on a blood thinner of any kind including aspirin turmeric can thin your blood even more and would not be probably safe to take without your doctors permission for sure. In 2019 I had a botched right total knee replacement which left my leg crooked and barely able to walk and I had to go to a larger city to have a revision done in 2020. It was followed by many genicular knee blocks to numb the nerve which never did help and they started me on mega opioids to the point I could not safely drive a car and I still got no relief from level 8 to 10 pain. In 2021 I stopped taking everything but Tylenol and of course I was in excruciating pain so I stopped that months ago and was searching for something to help me and I found this Tumeric with black pepper and after three days of using I was just about pain-free. I have been on it for two weeks now and pain does breakthrough occasionally to a level four or five but I can live again and sleep again without constantly being in pain that required ice packs etc. I am an active 67 year old female that goes to the gym for weight resistance training four times weekly and this has been a Godsend to me. I hope you will at least try it if it doesn’t work for you then quit taking it but get your doctors permission first, please! I will keep buying this product. ... show more

Helps tremendously with inflammation. This product has kept me out of having knee surgery. When you start taking it double the dose for the first week and then normal serving afterwards. Won’t go without this. Much better than the pills.
