I used a Quip daily for several years, with a subscription to the replacement heads and batteries. Despite feeling like it didn’t clean as strongly as a plug-in type, I felt it was effective, and I enjoyed its compact size for my frequent travel. Unfortunately every few months it would quit working, even with a new battery. They cover repairs/replacement under warranty as long as you’re subscribing to the quarterly head and battery shipments. The problem was the inconvenience of actually getting the service. It requires several emails back and forth and each time you have to send photos and videos of the malfunctioning brush. I found it too time consuming to jump through all those hoops on average twice a year, so I found myself not using the brush half the time. I finally gave up and decided I want to use it only for travel. I bought a new one with no subscription since I wouldn’t be using it enough to need a new head or battery every 3 months. Hopefully this will work out. If not, I’ll be back to packing a bulky Oral-B electric plug-in for trips longer than a weekend. (I have very sensitive gums and can’t use a regular toothbrush for too many days.)

I really like this electric toothbrush. It makes brushing for two minutes pass so quickly which makes the “buzzing” alarm a priceless feature of this brush. It’s very lightweight and enjoyable to use. I like that there is a subscription replacement heads program which means I don’t have to make a trip to go searching for a new brushhead and that also means I’m changing the brush more often before it gets worn out. Even the toothpaste can be subscribed to. I’m just waiting to see the results of my next dental appointment, which I expect will earn praises from my dentist!

I really wanted to like this toothbrush, but I don’t. I bought it to use when traveling since my sonicare is larger than I would like to take. I did not expect it to be the same quality as a sonicare, but it was still a disappointment. The toothbrush head does not vibrate at all. The only vibration is in the handle, which means you have to brush as if this were a $2 regular plastic toothbrush. Perhaps if you are upgrading from a regular toothbrush, this product may seem much better though.

I have used a Quip for years because I feel that it makes my teeth cleaner than a regular toothbrush, without the extra clutter of a plug in charging base. This one I bought for my college age daughter to replace one she had used before. It arrived in one day while she was home for Thanksgiving.

Was used to an electronic toothbrush, and wanted one to travel with a relatively easy to pack and has some battery life. Haven’t had it long enough to check battery life but so far so good for two week vacation. Will be using it for car trips, and other things, but easy to pack, and the battery is not lithium, but just a common“Everready”.

Purchased this toothbrush as a replacement for my bulky Sonicare when I travel. Love the sleek design and size, and the adhesive strip which allows you to temporarily mount it on the mirror. Unfortunately, less impressed by the actual electric toothbrush itself. Seems that only the handle is vibrating with minimal oscillation of the brush head - much less than my Sonicare on the softest setting. Also wish it came with medium rather than soft bristles. Oh well, can still use it like a regular toothbrush as well.
