I have owned many mattress pads toppers etc. I ordered this in the 2 in and can't believe how great it is. I laid on it when I put it on my bed and fell asleep it was like it drew all the pain from my body even though it feels warm and cuddly it I don't sweat anymore. Unlike many other advertised as soft mattress pads this one doesn't lose its shape like all the others did. The only negative I could possibly give is that putting a sheet on it seems to take away some of the benefit so I'm sleeping on it without a sheet which means I'll have to wash it as often as I did my sheets. That is only because laying on it without a sheet is like it just pulls the pain out of my body it's like it's drawing the pain out of my body. The sheet just takes away some of that coziness. This mattress pad is not as puffy as shown on the website description. It's only 40% bamboo and 15 inches deep. And it only smells like lavender for about 15 minutes after you take it out of the vacuum packed bag.
