    • Economical, with good features
I replaced an earlier Sonicare toothbrush with this one. Didn't need all the extra brushes and recycled the travel case. It works well, and has the features I want (timer, and pressure sensor). The only problem was the charger uses a USB port, which I don't have. Luckily, my old charger worked.

    • A downgrade from prior models, registration is a scam
I have been using Sonicare for several product generations. My first one was before Philips bought the company. This one is the least powerful. It hardly vibrates compared to prior models. In prior versions, there was some real power, and this feels like a cheap toy. Then the registration. If you register you supposedly get extended warranty and a brush head. I tried. I got as far as giving them my email. But the brush head part seemed very scammy, and I backed out of their website. One brush is not worth what they wanted from me. Overall, a big decline from the last model I had, which was charged from the AC outlet instead of USB. The new one is smaller, lighter, and not very good. Update: I figured out that there is a second high power setting. So it has sufficient power. I was wrong about that. But the registration thing shill makes me mad. I changed it from two to four stars. ... show more

    • Exceptional Clean made Affordable
Bought this toothbrush to replace my last Sonicare after it finally died…RIP. It served me well for several years. The price on this model is great, and makes a superior clean very affordable!! The 2 speeds are nice, with the lower one being less intense. The product itself is quite light, which was a bit of a change from the weight of my last model. My only critique is the charging cord doesn’t come with a plug. It’s a USB cord ONLY. As most of my electronics are USB-C now I don’t have a standard USB-A base anymore so I would have had to purchase one separately to charge this if my previous Sonicare charger wasn’t compatible. Just a note for anyone who is buying this as their first Sonicare. ... show more

    • Cleans very good, however breaks easy
It's a second product of these that I have and the problem is the power button got stuck and folded inwards and it leads to random activations of the toothbrush. I can't power it off even, however after around 4 minutes it will power itself off. It's the second one I have I don't really want to have to buy a third one of the same thing.
