i’ve only had this a few days, but so far i am happy with it! it arrived from nj to ct in the matter of only a few days. very nice love seat for a small space! assembly was simple, but honestly required quite a bit of brute strength to try to get all the holes to line up long enough to get the screw in. i did manage to do it alone as a 25 year old girl, but it involved a lot of sweat and frustration lmao. it feels super sturdy. but, i’d say it’s more firm than fluffy! ... show more

I'd give the item itself 5 stars, but it arrived without legs or hardware! So I spent a fair amount of time going back and forth with customer service, and it took a while for the rest of the piece to arrive. That said, they were very responsive, and it was worth the wait. The couch is small, adorable, firm, supportive, comfortable, and quite resistant to cats kneading/scratching. Love this lil loveseat. Was looking for a match to my sofa and this complimented it beautifully! Assembly took a bit longer than anticipated. Be aware to slide and lock the back and bottom parts together before you start screwing things together. I missed that step and had to take 3 screws back out to do that first, but that was my fault not looking at the directions close enough 😅 Happy with my purchase! ... show more

It’s perfect for my needs in my small den. It’s little but comfy. I like the way my body fits on it and definitely could spend an evening on it watching tv or playing video games. It was easy to assemble with two people. One person could probably do it alone but it would be difficult.

Looks great in my modern living room. It’s moderately firm but is still relaxing enough to sit in. Putting this piece together was surprisingly annoying though and I consider myself a pretty seasoned furniture assembler…lol. What made it challenging was the lack of important details in the directions. When you are connecting the top half of the chair to the bottom piece, the top has two small hidden poles that slide down into the slots(holes) on the bottom piece. It was awkward and took several attempts to attach them. I had to bear hug the pieces on the floor and put all of my weight on them. Then screwing the finishing bolts took some muscle too. I had another person push down on the back of the chair in order to line the bolts so they would screw in. The most frustrating part was putting the legs on the chair. The back legs are slightly shorter than the front ones and they are not marked with any sort of sticker so if you are cruising along you may miss that and have to move the legs all around. I wasn’t using a power tool so this mishap added a considerable amount of time. Overall, I’m happy with the chair and hope it lasts. ... show more

This product arrived promptly (awesome!), but we were unable to put it together because of two flaws in its manufacturing and design. The post that is supposed to attach the back to the seat was flawed (one was literally missing an "end cap"). We solved that problem and then encountered the next. There is no way that the hardware (bolts) that was supposed to attach the bench to the back actually could. When the bench and back were slid together using the "posts" (also a very flimsy system) the included bolts were way too short. There was just too huge a gap between the back and the bench (see attached image). What an exercise in frustration! It is going back. ... show more
