The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I was able to contact customer support and they fixed the issue. The boots are working I will update again after another 9 months to see if I get the same issue. Terrible, the plastic where the hoses connect cracked. It’s been 9 months since I got them, I take good care of them and don’t use them often. Not worth the cost, there’s better ones out there, cheaper, more settings and with heating and cooling. Don’t buy these.

The quality of the material is very good and the air hose connections feel really good. It all clips together very quickly. The device isn’t very loud either.
