My overall experience with this product & company has been nothing but extremely positive so far throughout these last few weeks! I originally purchased this tent for a backyard privacy space, and compared to other brands, it presented the best price option, total space & overall appearance. When it came to tent setup, it took a total of about 5 minutes to get it fully assembled across a 10x10 space, and with the included stakes + sandbags, there were no worries about it blowing off! My one and only trouble came from unpredictable Mother Nature! After just about 2 weeks of having this tent set up, there was a moderate rain shower that came through my area, and I ignorantly left the tent propped up assuming the tent’s waterproof claims would entail weatherproof features as well. It did not. Tent destroyed. (Rainwater soaks upper tarp, tarp collects water & weighs down on frame, collected water crushes frame, destroying tent entirely.) While this was no fault of the product’s selling brand or manufacturer, and simply a misunderstanding of the product’s features on my end, the seller & support team still went great lengths to resolve my issue. I reached out to the brand support team explaining my situation in full detail, and learned more about the product’s warranty coverage. After a little bit of coordinating with support, I was offered a new frame to be sent free of charge since my tarps were still in good shape! I would definitely say to not expect this kind of solution every time there is a product issue, but given the context and timeframe of my situation; I believe Brandline responded in a very helpful and supportive manner. I can Not brag enough about how much I love this tent!!! Not only is it beautiful, i got so many complements on it.. Unfortunately, I had mine kinda destroyed the 1st time i used it (no one else's fault, but my own and the Texas winds) BUT, the manufacturer "Quictents" was Amazing and helped me with a solution fast. I purchased this pretty pink tent to set up behind my jeep at ultra races. For a base camp, changing, sleeping, hanging out area. I took it to a 4 day event, Day 2, the winds kicked in hard. 7 other pop-ups were destroyed. The wind lifted my pop up and flipped all the way over, me and a friend were able to wrangle it back into place tie it to my jeep and get through the event. But it was damaged. I'd staked it down and even used additional sandbags purchased on Amazon. But the winds were high, really high!!. 2poles had broken and others were damaged. From the looks of things I thought maybe I could fix it with replacement parts. (I'd just bought it, only my 1st time to use it, I wasn't gonna give up easily) I packed it up, brought it home and contacted the manufacturer via Amazon. And let me tell you what I can't sing their praises highly enough!! The worked with me via email and helped find the perfect solution. Upon further inspection I'd realized there was more damage to the structure than I'd originally noticed. The company does sell replacement parts and the tent even comes with a guide, diagrams and parts by number. I found what needed to be replaced, and it was a lot. So the company offered to sell me a whole new frame and recommended I keep the old one in storage, in case I needed future parts. Excellent idea. I purchased the replacement frame for a very reasonable price and it came really fast. I am so very very pleased with how quictents handled my issue. They could have just blown me off, as it is not there fault I had it set up in super high winds. The manual says take it down. During snow and high winds.( I would have, but I was asleep) So to be fair, the company didn't have to do anything for me at all. But they did!! Khloee from customer service worked with me back and forth via Email until we found a solution.!! Id have given 10 stars if it had been an option.

While the canopy tent was easy to assemble, after one evening in very light rain, it’s obvious how poorly this product was made. Perhaps this tent works for people at farmer’s markets, but if you have any plans of camping with this canopy and/or experience the mildest of weather, expect everything underneath it to be ruined. All instructions were followed, but the frame snapped in 2 places. Awful.

I applied too much force when opening the tent, broke the "pop up" feature. Was at an event and when it was time to take it down, had to pretty much bend/break the support frame to get it folded. Contacted customer service, provided photos and instead of sending me the damaged parts, all listed within the manual (a great idea btw), I received a whole new frame! I was blown away!! Not sure if that is the norm for Quictent but based on this alone I would recommend them hands down, 10 out of 10! NOTE/PROS and CONS: I thought the sidewalls were attached by zippers but it was velcro. Still performed well and was easy to take up/down. Thinking about putting bigger wheels on the storage bag to make it easier to move as the tent frame is good quality and heavy. I also wish there was two sets of straps in case two people wanted to carry it instead of pulling/rolling it and I do wish the straps were reinforced as they have torn. 10x10 is a great size, plenty of room for 6+ people (w/chairs). Tent looks nice, with the roll up widows offering a nice touch I haven't seen in other tents.

This is my second tent from this company. I live the size and the easy set up. In a little less than a year from purchasing my second tent we had to take the tent down for work on our deck. We noticed upon lowering the tent that the canopy had become brittle due to the sun and began to tear as I was removing it . I called Quictent customer service and my called was answered right away who forwarded my concern and need for a new canopy to her supervisor Lynn. I was prepared to pay for another canopy however "Lynn" asked for pictures and upon reviewing the pictures that I sent her she immediately shipped out a new replacement canopy at no charge . I was amazed at the attentive response that Lynn provided wanting to make sure I was a happy customer :) THANK YOU LYNN!!!

A nice tent. Although I ordered a black tent last year... it was wonderful. This year I ordered the same tent in black. Not as nice. As far as the side walls. They a thin and see through. Not as dark. I can see out of the walls from inside. I am keeping it. But the privacy is not there this time. Please consider not using the light color black or thinner side walls. Privacy is key. Otherwise a good summer tent!!
