We are so happy with this patio set! It came well-packaged, and putting it together was way easier than I expected. The cushions are thick, comfy, and actually feel supportive, not flimsy like some other sets we looked at. The swivel chairs are everyone’s favorite spot, they’re super fun and really comfortable. The sofa easily fits three people, and the ottomans make it extra cozy for lounging. The metal frame feels solid and looks really sleek on our deck. We’ve already had friends over who commented on how nice it looks, and we’ve been spending way more time outside because of it. Honestly, it’s made our backyard feel like a whole new space. I was skeptical at first, but I love them! As a designer, I spend all day making other people's homes dreamy with budgets I may never have myself. This set has the look of a high-end collection with a price tag more akin to that of a single outdoor chair. Due to the low price, I didn't expect much from the quality, but I was cautiously optimistic based on the reviews. And with a tight budget but very specific aesthetic goals in mind, I decided to chance it. When it arrived, the box sizes didn't instill much confidence, either. I was nervous that the pieces would be petite and light-weight. As I opened it, I noticed that the frames felt surprisingly strong and they fit together easily. But I started creating a backup plan in my mind for the barely-expanding cushions. Once assembled and given time fully puff up, the cushions aren't half bad at all, and I no longer have immediate plans to upgrade them. Yes, the seat cushions could be softer. Sure, the back cushions could be fuller. But overall, they look gorgeous in person and are much more comfortable than the Home Depot pieces they replaced. And they're large enough for even my 6'8" husband to enjoy. I even love the beige (very neutral warm gray-taupe) fabric color. If the seat cushions were only SLIGHTLY more soft, the sofa seat was deeper, and there weren't logos on the ottoman trays, this would be a 5 star review, easily. And honestly, due to the price-to-quality ratio alone, I was extremely close to giving 5 stars already. I bought this for about $800 and the quality meets that of a $1900+ set. I'm very pleased, would absolutely recommend it, and cannot wait for more summer days and nights enjoying it!

The quality is excellent—the cushions are both firm and comfortable, and they stay snug in the chairs without sliding. The furniture is good. The customer service is Zero. We received a defective cushion. Emails and calls are unanswered 2 weeks later. I feel sorry for anyone who has a problem or complaint. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Buyer Beware!

Fantastic patio set for the price! It’s very comfortable. I do not find the seat cushions too firm. The back cushions are just loose poly-fil and I can see why some people complain about them not being filled enough. I find them comfortable but if you need more support it would be easy to add more poly-fil into them. Only being able to track the first of four boxes was irritating, but they all came within a few days. The directions were easy and clear for all but one bit on the sofa but it wasn’t hard to just loosely attach the two small pieces to see what direction worked. The chairs and ottoman were straight forward and I had no issues with screw alignment. The sofa did have one screw that didn’t line up well but I was able to get it to fit after some adjustments. It took me a couple hours to put it together alone, but I was also watching tv or having a toddler distract me. Once put together it feels very sturdy. The cushion cases feel thicker than other cheap sets. It looks much more expensive than it is. I can’t speak for durability yet but I am keeping it covered when not in use to delay rusting and sun wear. Overall if you want a comfortable, beautiful patio set but need to stick to a budget this is the set. I really can’t believe it’s only $850.
