  • Great product and outstanding customer support
Color: Tan Size: 6.6'x6.6'
Great product, and even better customer support. Highly recommend! The product works as intended, and does a good job of keeping bugs out. It also has shown to be well designed and manufactured. I ran into one issue with the mesh netting getting a slight tear (no fault of the product) and when I reached out to order new parts, I was very impressed with the customer support - Willow, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my replacement panels were ordered and delivered. Will order from this company again. ... show more

  • Great customer service and nice product
Color: Royal Blue Size: 10'x10'
I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that's one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it's probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent's customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends. ... show more

  • Good short-term shelter for fair weather, five-star customer support
Color: Green Size: 10'x10'
TL;DR: If you want a temporary structure to protect a few people from sun and bugs in good weather this thing is hard to criticize. Not the kind of thing you can just leave up unattended if it rains though. Setup was a bit difficult with one person. The step where you lock the top in place before you extend the legs was a bit more difficult as you're putting the fabric topper in tension with the same move, and the three legs you're not working on like to slip down while you're trying to lock one in. I got there, but there was some head-scratching first and then some strategic clamping involved. I think even one other person would have made it a lot easier though. That isn't unique to this canopy of course. I think it was probably as easy as any I've put up before. The fit and finish are also a bit messy. There are loose threads where things like the little straps and the logo panel are sewn onto the topper and the placement of these things isn't quite square. There are similar small defects in the screen walls. No holes or anything like that. The topper itself and the velcro patches in the corners are very square and a tight fit on the frame when it's opened up. The walls likewise fit very tightly and form a solid barrier when velcro-ed in place. Once all set up and secured with stakes and tie-downs the canopy holds up well to wind and provides solid protection from the sun. The biggest problem so far has been with rain. The sides of the frame aren't braced from the middle, so if there is enough wind against one side the topper slackens and cups ever so slightly. If it is raining at the time the cup fills up with water to the point where it permanently deforms the frame and stretches the fabric. If you are in it at the time you can just keep pushing the fabric up to dump the water away before it becomes a problem, but it has not fared well as a seasonal structure on my deck. Two decent rainstorms in the course of three weeks caused this cupping phenomenon on one side each. To its credit it didn't collapse despite a significant amount of water weight it wasn't designed to take. I reached out to the company about it and they were willing to replace the damaged parts to rectify the issue, which seems almost incredible to me these days. I thought about it but I ultimately declined because I don't think the damage happened because anything was defective, I was just asking for too much from it. Absolutely five stars on their customer service though. If your use case doesn't involve leaving it unattended in the rain I think this canopy is a pretty good value. ... show more

  • Really cool canopy Really cool canopy
Color: Gray Size: 10'x10'
It does in fact, only take one person to set this up. I have spine issues and I was able to set this up by myself. Set up was easy, it fit my small yard perfectly, so far so good. I will report back once it’s been up for a couple weeks. UPDATE this canopy has made it through a few hours of rain and wind with no issues so far. I had to do an update because some of these reviews made me skeptical to buy this, but I am very satisfied so far. ... show more

  • Poorly Made for any bad weather
UPDATE: the seller provided me a full refund. It took a bit to get there but they did do it. They also did not require me to pack up all the broken pieces and send back. I just disposed of it in my trash. They were good to work with. I wouldn’t buy this tent/gazebo as it’s flimsy and not well made. But that’s not the sellers fault. It was several emails and past the return date before they finally gave me my money back but I was persistent. They didn’t respond in time for me to ever take this back to UPS and once it completely broke there was no way to pack it and they finally saw that (I had to send picture proof). All in all seller did the right thing after a month and a half. We received it broken. One leg wouldn’t snap in as we raised it. I reached out to manufac. and after a few weeks they sent a replacement. But I was in a different color. It’s too big to return and I’m just about past the return date. The full leg lart they sent isn’t even right or I would use it. The emails I get sound like someone translating a diff language to English. They are weird. And I asked for a discount since it was broken and they said after I try the part they could give $20. I haven’t reached back out. I’m just going to throw it away and get a better quality. It is up right now but it takes on rain water and the very flimsy poles on the roof cave in and we get a river of water. Not just some but enough to fill a barrel and water plants. This is not a great tent for everyday use. Take it up and down it might be better. But if you are in it when it rains you will need to constantly empty the pooled water. I dislike my choice. Wouldn’t buy again ... show more

  • Recommend product and seller
Color: Tan Size: 6.6'x6.6'
Update, took the tent down after being up all summer, some discoloration but otherwise it weathered very well. It was super easy to disassemble and even fit easily back in the storage bag it came with. I purchased the smaller 6x6 tent to use on my narrow deck. As noted in other reviews, you need 2 people to set it up, but set up is easy. It's semi-permanent for me so I cannot speak to how easy it is to take down. A nice storage bag is provided. Decent quality, not waterproof for heavy rain but fine for a light rain. There was an imperfection and I worked with the seller for a replacement part. I recommend the product as well as the seller. ... show more

  • Good concept. Poorly made. Good concept. Poorly made.
Color: Tan Size: 10'x10'
Pro: Good concept. Easy to assemble with two people in 30min - 1hour. Con: Day 1 upon assembly, the center lock (shown in photo) was initially attached and is suppose to be used to lock the umbrella/frame in place once you unfold it. However it snapped off while trying to lock it in place causing the umbrella/frame to cave inward. ... show more

  • Sturdy, durable, great customer service
I purchased this canopy 2 years ago as a hot tub shelter. Living in the country with lots of bugs, this screened canopy helps make being outside much more enjoyable! I actually left it up all summer long over both summers I had it, and properly anchored it weathered all storms. Unfortunately, that is excessive UV exposure for the fabric! It was a bit fragile after the first summer and after the second, the fabric altogether crumbled. So for occasional use I imagine this unit would likely last many years. Since I had been satisfied with its performance, I bought a second canopy this spring since I could not find a way to just replace the worn out fabric. I had an issue with the new one and customer service was responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend, and will check this maker first for future pop up needs! ... show more
