The canopy did not even make it one summer before it was falling apart.. I am very saddened by this.. I do not think I will be purchasing another one from here. It is beautiful when it was out up, and all but does not last. Update : The company reached out to me to rectify my review.. I have to say that they deserve more than five stars for customer service!! . They have sent me a whole new assembly, I am very pleased with this.. they are willing to fix any issue with in their power. Kudos to them!!!

We bought the 8x8 screenhouse. It holds a 3'x3' table, 2 zero gravity chairs, a picnic bench, 2 accessory tables, and a pedestal fan with a little room to spare. One of the legs was a little bent, which made it much harder to put up. A day or so after we put it up, there were storms with hail, torrential rain, and 60 mph gusts. The screen house held up perfectly. We'vehada few strong storms since, also with no problems. I attribute this to using 2 sets of solid weights on the legs, which I bought separately, screwing the legs into the deck, using bungee cords as tie downs for the top corners, and the screen house being about a foot from the house on one side, and located in the corner of our deck rails for added stablity. Also, the storm flaps - also purchased separately - were up, so there wasn't much wind resistance. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the one bent leg, and there is plastic peeling off the seams of the canopy, which I am concerned may compromise the waterproof canopy at the seams. At this point the canopy is perfectly waterproof. So far it's been great, and I definitely recommend it.

The written instructions are poor, but there are videos on the website and the Amazon page, and if you watch those first, you'll have no problem. The net walls are a tight fit, and this can be a problem. So, when attaching the netting, stretch it and velcro it tightly, inch by inch, leaving no gaps or bunching as you go round, otherwise, you will not be able to do up the zipper when you get to the end. Customer Service: There were some tears or small holes in the netting. I emailed the company and received a reply within hours from someone called Yummy. Yummy said the warehouse would be instructed to send us new netting. We quickly received a package -but it was solid tent walls and not the netting! I contacted Yummy again, who was very apologetic, and said it would be corrected. A package arrived within two days, but it was not tent netting....it was a trampoline!!. I contacted Yummy again, who apologised and said they would ignore their distribution warehouse and send the correct item directly from head office. It arrived within two days and is now the correct replacement. So, obviously, the people in the warehouse either can't read or are incompetent, but if the other customer service staff are as good as Yummy, you will have good service. Yummy kept working on this until I was satisfied. This is an excellent employee working on behalf of the customer. I would buy other products from this company, since despite a problem, customer service staff were available, communicated directly with the customer, and put things right.

I ordered an 8x8 but they sent a 10x10 and charged ne more. I didn't realize it until it was out up otherwise I would have returned it. It's a little big but was not going to take it all apart to send it back. Not easy to put up or take down also there were a few holes on the bottom of the netting. The more I look at it the more holes I found and never got to use it yet. Just very disappointed with thus product

EDIT: Shortly after this review a representative from the seller reached out, offered a refund, and to replace the frame. As we have already thrown out the canvas, this was of no use. But I do appreciate the offer. I am changing my review from one star to three, as customer service means a lot. However, I encourage you to read my following review as a cautionary tail. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel obligated here. We were so excited to set up a large screen room for our campsite. We had it less than a week when we got a small rainstorm. It wasn't a hurricane or windy at all. Just your basic rain. It was set up correctly, step-by-step based on the instructions, but the water pooled so much that the entire thing collapsed, breaking itself. The screens are tight, as they should be, but the zippers/fabric are low quality and started to stretch to the point where we wouldn't open them more than 3/4 of the way out of fear of ripping. In addition to that, your normal morning dew/condensation would drip through and collect on the top. If you were out there in the morning and unzipped the door, anyone inside would get a small rain shower. Spend a little more money and get a quality screen room. Avoid this at all costs unless you live on a planet with no rain.

I bought this in September 2021, set it up next to my outdoor fireplace, and left out there for 30 months. Lots of rain, snow, and super high winds and it didn't budge. Full sunlight all the time, so the color certainly faded a bit, but I was so impressed at how well this thing stood up to the weather. Unfortunately my luck ran out recently when apparently a bird found it's way in and couldn't find it's way out. Talons tore most of the canopy to shreds. If not for that, I think I could've gotten a full 3 years or if this thing. For the price, I was definitely impressed. Now I'm going to find a replacement canopy, but I'll probably leave that one out full time too Update: why don't they sell replacement fabric!?
