I purchased 2 of these tents early 2023. We had a few rough wind storms that really tested the tents and everything held up pretty good. The roofs are needing to be replaced so I reached out to customer service and I spoke with Doria who has very pleasant and helped me to order roofs separately without having to purchase an entire tent. I'll be installing the new roofs with some sturdier bungee chords because the ones provided have too much slack. I love these things and they hold up pretty good with weather.

It’s clearly quality materials. I’m impressed with how nice it looks. Took 4 people 3hrs to setup - you will want tall and strong people to put the sides in place. It’s a team building activity for sure! No parts were damaged or missing so far. Still have to put up the sides. Will update/change review if anything changes, but so far very happy with the purchase.

I love the privacy over the window. The Velcro makes it easy to roll up and take back down. the framing at the bottom was a welcome surprise. This allowed us to as lights to the bottom and just the top. It was far easier to assemble than our previous tent.

Very disappointed in this read all specifications said water proof, heavy duty water resistant, uv protection just after set up first of rain found several little pinholes though out tent not to bad so just covered holes with white gator tape took care of it for quite awhile. I have made this a man cave set it on a 2x8 pressure treated platform and acquired it down to the platform. Now just over a year ago not it leaks everywhere especially all the seems the top is shot they would not honor it said it's over a year and warranty is not good anymore. My thoughts paying 1200 hundred dollars for it and all the specifications that they listed that it should last more than a year don't all of you? Well contacted seller and they want me to pay 300 dollars for a new top, I thought it was quite steep sense it's been leaks sense day one didn't replace it then because it's 20x40 not really very easy to take top back off it's 13.6 foot high plus it's full of all my man cave stuff, pool table stereo, lights etc. And would have to send it back to them before I was able to get another one. They wanted the hole tent back nuts. So the seller says he will sell me a top for 250 dollars but I have to purchase 5 is that stupid or what? Don't buy it I am now trying to figure out what I am going to do. They won't honor messed up faults advertising I think. Very very very very disappointed. Sincerely Raymond Lawton from Ocala Florida. The tent arrived quickly in 3 large boxes, make sure you have help; they are heavy and awkward. The directions are quite clear, Un-packing, sorting, and the initial setup took two people about 3 hours. Now that we are familiar it goes much faster. Tent itself is a nice heavy material and with the bracing for the corners it is much sturdier than similar tents without the extra braces. The sidewalls with windows are a nice inclusion and a real plus. The 20' x 20' size is perfect for us. We use it for outdoor activities, programs, weddings, and of course picnics at our historic home museum.

I used this 20x40 tent for a baby shower, military graduation party, and intended for a upcoming wedding. After the grad party a storm took the tent over 6 ft in the air and dropped it. I believe we had a mini tornado. Only a few pieces got twisted. Betty in customer service was exceptional to work with. She heard my plea and stress because I needed the tent for the wedding. She was able to get me the replacement parts.. at a reasonable price. Even when Fed Ex had the parts sitting in one of thier ports for two weeks; she didn't delay me in getting the parts in time for the wedding. Very satisfied. Oh and the product was great. It states in can handle up to 38 mph winds. Well. It can handle a tad more that than. But I wouldn't recommend testing out that theory.

Bought this about 2 years ago and recently bought a second one just a few months ago. They are very sturdy and durable, just don't use them during bad weather. I did not take mine down before we had some really bad storms and a few poles ended up bent. I reached out to customer support and had a wonderful experience with Lynn. She was quick to respond and she was very helpful. Had my poles delivered within 2 business days of placing the order.
