It's important to keep in mind the low price for this table. In that context, it's a great buy. The assembly process is ok, not the best I've seen as it requires a mallet - highly unusual and not ideal. Once assembled, it is quite sturdy and looks decent for MDF. The craftsmanship is just ok, this is not a premium table, but rather a very good budget one. I wouldn't buy this as your primary, showpiece dining room table - it's not good enough for that. But is perfect for a lanai, or any area dedicated to kids, providing a very functional table that you don't mind if it gets mistreated. ... show more

Easy to assemble and fits the whole fam! While it is durable and the tabletop is heat and scratch resistant, we have been throwing on a tablecloth during use to keep it looking tip top. Great sturdy and nice looking budget friendly table. 4 stars because I was expecting a much easier assembly for a basic 4 legged table. The legs were difficult to get on.

    • Sturdy build but very disappointed in how it comes together
This dining table is definitely sturdy—once it’s assembled, it feels solid and doesn’t wobble at all- there is definitely no taking it apart once its together since you have to use a mallet to fit the pieces in. Assembly took longer than expected and I had to have my husband help-- the pieces you need a mallet for are really tough to get together as you need a lot of force! My biggest issue is with the tabletop. The gaps between the planks are much larger than expected and give the table a cheap, almost folding-table look. Unfortunately, those cracks also trap food crumbs, and they’re nearly impossible to clean out properly. Major downfall if you have smaller kids that tend to be on the messier side when eating. It functions well enough, but the finish and design of the top leave a lot to be desired for something meant to be a centerpiece in the home. ... show more

This product is a particleboard wood table/dining table that has 4 steel outward pointed legs & its dimensions are 30in D x 55in W x 29.5in height level. Assembly is required outside of the package but only need to attach each of the 4 legs to it’s respective corners with the hardware that is also provided. Once assembled, this dining table weighs about 40lbs, has an overall natural walnut with black ink color design with a smooth tabletop style & gives a natural look/feel with a farmhouse modern minimalistic design. Overall, this is a good basic dining room table for an apartment or new home owner. It's not destined to be an heirloom, but its sturdy enough to use as a "daily driver". The 3 section top isn't the best looking, and is the reason for the 4 star review, but if you're going to use a table cloth, it won't be an issue.
