My husband said the instructions weren’t good but he figured it out. Our son, 32, is in an electric wheelchair and he loves camping. This was the first he could get in and out of a tent independently. It fit two cots and Casey had plenty of room for his medical supplies allowing independence with self care. The solid bottom half gives him privacy while the screen top half allows air circulation. They used it for a long weekend and everyone at campgrounds loved it. This was their bedroom and they “closed the windows “ at night. The kitchen was under another canopy.

The size and ease of assembly is great but the unit was not waterproof at all! The walls got soaked quickly and roof leaked too! Not very useful! I had to purchase separate waterproofing spray and apply myself.

It's very lightweight, which is an advantage and a disadvantage at the same time. First frame broke after wind gusts, it got replaced and I've used the tent on a weekly basis for 2 years which is considered a long time I guess. Another strong wind broke the frame again and I'm looking into replacing it. Compared with the tents of my co vendors,this isn't really good for tradeshows. I had the 8x8 which worked fine,but a bigger one would have been better.

Overall, this is a nice tent and once built offers protection from the environment and from the bugs. Once it was built, we recieved a lot of complements from people. There are a lot of ways you can configure the walls and the windows are nice. I would not call this is pop up tent in the truest sense. What I mean by that is we've used a Coleman popup that has the fabrics walls and tent poles are all connected and install in one fall swoop. Compared to this one, the main structure does open in one go but you have assembly and attach all the walls. The amount of time it takes is a lot more. Also the quality of the walls are pretty thin. So while, we didn't have any rips or tears, I wonder how long it will last.

Easy to put up and take down. Sides worked great for the strong winds we encountered that day. My displays were getting knocked over until we put the sides up.
