Overall, this tent is of great quality, especially for the price! Me and my wife decided to purchase this tent for an outdoor party at our home. The cost of the tent was only $150 more than what it would have cost to rent one from a local business, so we decided to just purchase one. It came in three large boxes. One box was the coverings / windows, and the other two boxes were the poles and connectors. The poles appear to be moderately thick galvanized steel with a glossy white powder coat. The welds on the angled pieces seem strong and sturdy enough for repeated use. We did not find any surface rust or integrity issues with the poles or connectors. The roof and wall covers also seem to be good quality, they are about as thick as the pricier tarps found at Lowe’s. We had a few factory defects in our roof cover which consisted of weak eyelets that weren’t secured to the roof cover itself. We contacted the supplier through Amazon and the issue was easily solved without any problem. It took the two of us a little over an hour to set it up. I highly recommend laying all of the pieces out in order before attempting to build it, it made the process a lot easier. Also , try to center the roof cover as best as you can while keeping the frame square. This will minimize how much you have to pull on the roof cover to get it to fit without ripping it. Those who need a better idea of how many people it can accommodate - we ordered a 32’x16’ and it accommodated about 56 chairs and seven 8’x30” tables, with enough space for photographer in front of the decorated end. It’s waterproof and of great quality. We loved it.

I bought this tent for a large family gathering, worked well, easy to assemble. Unfortunately after the event we had a huge wind storm and my tent was damaged. Contacted Quictent and received Great customer service from Caroline to get the broken pieces replaced

this tent (13 x 22) comes in 3 heavy boxes of approx 45, 45, and 70 pounds. It will realistically take 2-3 people 2.5 hours start to finish to assemble and secure the tent. The tent comes with light-weight anchors for securing the tent to the ground, and the included manual warns against using the tent : "in the wind", "in the rain", "for extended use:. I and extra $50 and bought a number of 5-gallon buckets and 50 pound bags of concrete. With eye-bolts in the cement in the buckets I made some VERY heavy weights to keep this thing on the ground. Within the first night of use we had wind gusts of +35mph and HEAVY rain (western Oregon-style) the tent moved about 4-6 inches north, but didn't fly away or get torn apart. I doubt that this would support any snow whatsoever, but is reasonably dependable in rain and wind. this would probably be PERFECT for one-day events such as weddings, parties, picnics, fairs, markets, etc. ... show more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TENT! It took my husband and I 2 hours to put together. We laid out all of the pieces before we started which made assembly easy. I would have to say the most time consuming part was attaching the sides and ends(which both ends unzip to be able to be rolled up) but it really was breeze to put together. The 3 thick canvas bags that come with it that hold the pieces are sturdy and don't tear. And even though it is costly upfront, you are better off paying for it and owning it outright than spending money everytime you need to rent a tent(the quotes we got were anywhere from $360-$400 to rent a tent in similar size that we were going to have to pick up, assemble and return). ... show more

Did have some issues, but they were corrected. They issues couldn't be corrected quickly enough, but at least they weren't ignored. Size was great. Definitely would not recommend the 10x20' tents. The biggest issue was the setup pulling g cloth taught and tore a couple spots about three inches. Honestly ended up looking ok. Hated spending the money. ... show more

I absolutely love this tent and feel it is worth every penny. After spending several hundred dollars on several cheaper tents that were getting trashed on a regular basis, we ponied up and paid extra for this tent. The difference was obvious right away. The poles are very sturdy & the tent looks great. We leave this tent up covering a patio for commercial use from May-October. I don't think I'd let snow pile up on it, but we may end up leaving it up this winter if we can't seat people inside for COVID. Either way the tent was & is great. Being outside for 3 summers now, the tarp was starting to flake and we ended up with a bent pole (we still put it up with the bent pole). I contacted Quincet and asked to order replacement parts and for prices on the parts. To my surprise they sent a new tarp and the requested poles free of charge - I didn't even pay shipping. This was from a tent that was purchased in early 2018 and has seen 3 summers of use. I definitely would and probably will be ordering another tent from them in the near future!
