First, this tent is really nice. It goes up with very little fuss, and the cover and zipper walls are a very good fit. It's a bit finnicky to get the screen walls attached taut enough, and after taking it up and down a handful of times there are a few loose threads coming from the velcro strips, but overall I'm very happy with the quality of this tent. We've used it as a nice little outdoor seating area, and also as a temporary cover for one of our small cherry trees when the fruits were ripening and birds were taking all of them. This solved that problem, and also let us pick our cherries in the shade when they were ripe! But the REAL star of this review is the customer service. I hadn't installed the guy lines, I'd only staked down the feet. An unexpected windy day popped up and our canopy took a tumble. The frame broke one leg and bent a section of the "accordian" frame. The canopy was fine, most of the frame was okay, and the screen only had one (patchable) hole in it. This was NOT covered by the warranty, and I didn't expect it to be. But when I contacted customer support, they WERE able to sell me replacement parts! They actually *gave* me the parts, and I only had to pay shipping. So overall, this tent is everything I hoped it would be in terms of quality and ease of use, and the customer service is far BETTER than I expected. I highly recommend buying this tent.

I had to wait awhile to fully set it up because the instructions weren’t clear when it said to scan barcode for an installation video; I was never able to find a barcode. User manual installation instructions, I had issues on page 7 step 3…”please make sure they are tightly locked before moving to the next step”. I got the center pieces aligned with the center pole to lock the pieces in place but it did not stay locked when I pushed the 2 pieces together. As soon as I let go, the top kept falling down. I contacted customer support (Mya) who immediately sent me a replacement center piece via FedEx. I replaced the piece and this time the piece was somewhat better but when I barely touched the area that should have locked in place, it collapsed again. I contacted the seller again and Mya from customer support immediately responded by sending me a completely new frame via FedEx. Wow! That’s customer service at its finest. I set the new frame up, it was simple & did it by myself. It works perfectly. I like the wrap around screening that my puppy keeps scratching on. Thankfully, her nails haven’t torn the screen. The zippers don’t stick and move easily. It’s seen a few rainstorms already and is still intact and looks new. The rolling storage bag is a nice feature as these tents can be cumbersome to lug around. It also comes with sandbags (unfilled of course) to weigh it down if you ever need them.

Purchased for family functions & fundraisers. The bag does not roll well at all, so I had to carry it. Myself, not the other ladies, had the strength to set the top into place (snap in at top of legs). So if we hadn't had the guys there, we wouldn't have been able to use it. Then the very First time using it, the frame broke in multiple places. So disheartening to have wasted my money. I would highly discourage anyone to purchase.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well this canopy is made. Setup and takedown were both straightforward, and the frame felt sturdy throughout our camping trip. The fabric also held up well in the rain, and we didn’t have any issues with leaks or durability. The screened walls did a great job keeping bugs out, which was one of the main reasons we bought it. The only minor issue I noticed was that the bug netting seemed to have a little extra material around the circumference of the canopy. Instead of fitting perfectly taut around the sides, there was some excess that needed to be adjusted. Thankfully, the built-in Velcro made it easy to gather the extra material and seal everything up, and once we did, bugs stayed out with no problem. Overall, this canopy exceeded my expectations. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and provides a comfortable, bug-free place to relax. Considering the price, I think it’s an excellent value and I’d definitely recommend it.

TL;DR: If you want a temporary structure to protect a few people from sun and bugs in good weather this thing is hard to criticize. Not the kind of thing you can just leave up unattended if it rains though. Setup was a bit difficult with one person. The step where you lock the top in place before you extend the legs was a bit more difficult as you're putting the fabric topper in tension with the same move, and the three legs you're not working on like to slip down while you're trying to lock one in. I got there, but there was some head-scratching first and then some strategic clamping involved. I think even one other person would have made it a lot easier though. That isn't unique to this canopy of course. I think it was probably as easy as any I've put up before. The fit and finish are also a bit messy. There are loose threads where things like the little straps and the logo panel are sewn onto the topper and the placement of these things isn't quite square. There are similar small defects in the screen walls. No holes or anything like that. The topper itself and the velcro patches in the corners are very square and a tight fit on the frame when it's opened up. The walls likewise fit very tightly and form a solid barrier when velcro-ed in place. Once all set up and secured with stakes and tie-downs the canopy holds up well to wind and provides solid protection from the sun. The biggest problem so far has been with rain. The sides of the frame aren't braced from the middle, so if there is enough wind against one side the topper slackens and cups ever so slightly. If it is raining at the time the cup fills up with water to the point where it permanently deforms the frame and stretches the fabric. If you are in it at the time you can just keep pushing the fabric up to dump the water away before it becomes a problem, but it has not fared well as a seasonal structure on my deck. Two decent rainstorms in the course of three weeks caused this cupping phenomenon on one side each. To its credit it didn't collapse despite a significant amount of water weight it wasn't designed to take. I reached out to the company about it and they were willing to replace the damaged parts to rectify the issue, which seems almost incredible to me these days. I thought about it but I ultimately declined because I don't think the damage happened because anything was defective, I was just asking for too much from it. Absolutely five stars on their customer service though. If your use case doesn't involve leaving it unattended in the rain I think this canopy is a pretty good value.

It was worth every minute although I didn’t do it ha ha I did watch and for it being their first time it took about 30 minutes Sturdy strong built well. unfortunately, a storm took mine out and another one is not in my budget, but don’t let this keep you from the purchase. Canopy is tearing at stress points i.e corners where it is stretched over the frame. Unit was installed March 21, 2026. Basically 3 months ago. Unit has been not been taken down since installation. Material is very brittle. Can easily poke a finger thru it now. Possibly from UV damage. I live in west central Florida. This canopy will not last thru the summer here. Was hoping for 12 months life span on the canopy before need for replacement. Mosquito netting is fine. Zippers are fine. Frame is fine. Frame design is excellent. Lots of head room. Have had some fairly strong windy days. Frame held up well with 18" screw-in anchors.

Great product, and even better customer support. Highly recommend! The product works as intended, and does a good job of keeping bugs out. It also has shown to be well designed and manufactured. I ran into one issue with the mesh netting getting a slight tear (no fault of the product) and when I reached out to order new parts, I was very impressed with the customer support - Willow, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my replacement panels were ordered and delivered. Will order from this company again.
