I didn't feel it was right to put my new Shichon puppy in a small crate for 8 hours a day while I was at work, so I purchased this playpen instead. It was the perfect solution. I set it up with his bed, food and water at one end, and potty pads at the other end. I purchased a washable potty pad to place under the entire playpen. There was plenty of room for him to play in the middle. It was easy enough to put together and is very sturdy. The acrylic panels are nice because it doesn't give that cage feeling to the playpen. It also prevented him from climbing out like many people commented on with the cage type playpens. The door panel is the only thing where there is room for improvement. It does not include the tool for the caps of the screws to tighten from the back side. I don't ever think I got mine on really tight and as my puppy got older if he bounced off the door long enough the screws would loosen and fall out. Despite this I would highly recommend this product. Even though this product is more expensive than others, the quality is worth it, plus once my puppy proved he could be trusted to have run of the apartment, I was able to sell it quickly for half price on the secondary market, so in the end it wasn't really that expensive.

We love this playpen for our puppy!!! It’s very modern, stylish, and since it is transparent, you can see what your puppy is up to, and the room doesn’t look crowded. It is very sturdy, and easy to put together. It has plenty of room for the bed, weewee pad, water, toys. I feel it is much more humane than a crate. Strongly recommend!!!

So are dog has been known for escaping out of everything so we needed something he couldn’t climb out of sadly if your dog does the same thing although there is nothing for him to climb it’s so short he still can so it would be nice if they made a topper for it but sadly that isn’t the case and to order one is just as much as this kennel so that was kinda a bummer you spend so much and have to keep spending so I’m gonna have to get creative on keeping him In but ! It is very heavy so he can’t push it down like he would any other plastic play pen and it is very nice and sturdy but definitely for small dogs like really small dogs not bigger then 10 pounds unless there chill but over all 4 out of five stars because it’s so expensive and to order two panels to make it bigger cost 89 dollars so that’s a rip off I think this should be more affordable because it is kinda small area and I would like to make it bigger but not for the price there asking

It’s the perfect height so kittens can’t jump out, but mother cat can come and go as she pleases. The acrylic material means kittens can’t climb out either. Our kittens are now 5.5-weeks old, and we’re hoping this can house them for another week at least. Mama cat doesn’t jump in unless we put a piece of furniture next to the playpen that’s of equal height, so she can make sure not to land on her kittens (she’s such a good mother). So for those who are using this with kittens, consider setting something near it to help the mother jump in and out confidently. It’s sturdy, good size, and works exactly as we hoped it would. Definitely recommend for anyone who doesn’t have a dedicated room for foster kittens!

My dogs jump against the walls all day long, they are 5 lb Pomeranians and it drives me crazy listening to them jump against the plexiglass walls it makes a loud banging sound. They also are constantly somehow getting the nuts and bolts off of it to take it apart. I don't understand how. I don't know if banging up against it is slowly turning the screws, that's very possible, or if they're literally just pawing at it until it becomes unscrewed. I was going to put Loctite on the screws so they could not do that but then when I don't need it I won't be able to store it flat. They have escaped from it a half dozen times by getting the screws completely out in multiple sections and then the Wall comes apart. I even put packing tape on top of this cruise and they eventually rip the tape off. I used to use fabric ones made for dogs that look like they are for human babies, but the dogs would rip through the fabric or chew through it or scratch through it. So I thought plexiglass was genius because they can't climb out. That part I like. You can set it up in two different shapes but I think both shapes are a lot smaller than what most people would want it to be. They need some kind of Hardware that puts this together that can't come apart just from the dogs jumping on it. Something that locks closed that can be unlocked. I even thought about using some kind of metal zip tie. I think I'm going to put a ratchet strap around the whole thing so even if the hard work comes out it won't be able to be taken apart. It was not fun to assemble

I think this crate will do what I need it to, keep my new puppy contained, comfortable, and safe. It looks really nice. However, if you’re short like me it’s a little hard to reach over and get things out since there is no door for you to walk inside. The assembly was not the easiest for me to do without a 2nd set of hands, and 2 of the panels arrived cracked.

I gave this five stars because it’s definitely a five star purchase and I only returned it because I was gifted another one. Otherwise I would’ve kept it because I found that the acrylic playpens are so nice because a puppy or a kitten can see out and feel very much a part of the family’s activities at all times! Highly recommend this for your new puppy or kitten.

We received this and was excited, but on the third nite we woke to our puppy screaming she was jumping up on the side and got her small foot and toe nails stuck in the where the door opens, she got pretty hurt she was hanging upside down in pain screaming.. she almost tore out her entire nail… 😢😢😢 we put tape over the opening..
