Upholstery is not a quality material, seams not finished, at corners or ends, thin material with defects, velvet is thin and has near bare slash looking marks almost as if it is going to tear through in areas. Base is rattling and noises, back is material over metal with no additional materials between metal and cloth. Cushions are not thick and are definitely not comfortable in either sitting or sleeping position. Packaging was fair, but as others have shared the nuts and bolts ext are all thrown in a plastic bag that tears leaving all the pieces scattered throughout the packing, assembly was a bit confusing, especially where it calls for a single screw to be placed in a hole with no bolt no real purpose. My husband works in convention industry and sets up furniture by the truck loads, even he stated that the set up instructions were not clear, just a pages of specs to follow with lettered pieces. If you don’t lay all your pieces out and identify what letter they are you may have additional frustration. Extremely unhappy with this piece, overall cheap quality and way overpriced For what you are getting. Don’t expect it to last long at all! Seriously considering take ng it apart and returning. Just too expensive for the quality of the sleeper couch.

When I opened the package there were nuts, bolts and screws everywhere. There are so many. The instructions do not accurately describe the screws and there are 5 different sizes. Some are very close to the others. It took me two hours to assemble. By then my hands were in pain. It is comfortable to sit on, although lower than I imagined. As an extra bed I think it will do well. I would not buy it again because of the difficulty in assembly. Last picture shows sofa after one night. Still extremely wrinkled and the back pillows haven’t puffed up at all.

Very comfortable couch! It’s just the right size for a small spare bedroom. All the parts are metal so it is very sturdy. Folded out, it’s comfortable enough. I’ll probably get a mattress topper for guests. The construction was a bit tricky as none of the parts were labeled, and most of them were floating around loose in the box. Just work your way slowly through the instructions and it’ll come together. Also, it takes about a week for the cushions to fulling inflate, so just be patient. You might need to fluff them up. The picture I posted is before it became fully inflated and looks more full than that now.

You have to partially disassemble (remove screws) to make into bed, which honestly we’ll probably never use that function as a result. Bag of screws was busted open and instructions sucked. I wouldn’t buy again, I’d just buy a cheap couch since the “convertibility” isn’t really realistic anyway.

Soft and comfortable. Exactly what I needed. But difficult to out together. Hardware isn’t labeled- just all thrown in a bag so you have to guess which screws go where, etc. Several pieces were bent out of shape so had to hammer them into place.
