Shipment arrived on time, no issues. But the 2 12s and 2 9s I bought for small house do not work as a heat source DO NOT WORK if the outside temp is under 40 degrees F. Do not buy if u are north of southern WV. The return process and cust service is also a giant pain. Don't both w these get a normal gas furnace and ac unit. They are worthless to me. ... show more
