Amazing fast delivery 2 boxes in 2 days, 3rd box on the 3rd day. My husband assembled it in 102° weather so I checked on the progress and brought him water! He said it was easy to assemble, just time consuming and didn't want to use drill as other reviewers suggested. Cushions are not that thick but with a throw pillow behind your back they are comfortable. The cushion material seems substantial and water resistant. There was a small tear on one underside section and will check with the company about a replacement. We did get Velcro for cushions, it helps but not crucial. Very satisfied so far! ... show more

My wife and I had a new stamped patio put in this spring. We wanted nice patio furniture to go with it. We weren't looking to spend a lot of money. We read a lot of reviews on Amazon before settling on this. Instructions were nice, clear and easy to read. Overall it took about 2 hours to put together(one person). The different seating configurations allows for a different look and vibe depending on the mood. The overall quality of the furniture is sturdy. The cushions are okay and don't retain water. The media could not be loaded. Got this for my back deck because I didn’t want to spend upwards of $2K on a high-end sectional. Cushions are MUCH thinner than pictured, you can definitely feel the edges of the seating through the cushions. And they have more of a blue tone in person, not quite as neutral grey as they are in the photos. Overall not terrible - especially for the fraction of the price of others - but not super impressed either. ... show more

Looks nice, not easy to put together at first. Cushions have some padding but not real thick. They slip around a lot so I put Velcro on them and that seemed to work. It’s also a bit low to the ground, even with the extra height legs. But for the price, if you have a small space and want a cute little sectional it works and seems sturdy. ... show more

It looks great and has good quality. Better than everything is the support given from the seller. We bought it and decided to set it up after two months when the time to returns it was already expired. When setting it up we noticed that a couple cushion covers had an opening stitches. I messaged them even they were not supposed to replace them anymore. They responded on a very nice way and sent us extra cushion covers. Actually they sent us more covers than we actually needed. That was the best customer service I have ever seen. I want to thank the seller and also to apologize for taking so long to write my review: they didn’t ask for anything in exchange for the great service but I can’t thank then enough ... show more

The media could not be loaded. With two people “as the instructions say “ was easy. It took about 3 hours to assemble. Haven't had bad weather yet to see how it holds up. Instructions (pictures) were a little confusing but easy to figure out. It came in 3 boxes and in pieces. my husband is a tall guy, he can sit on it and have a little room to stretch out a little. Do yourself a favor and purchase it! Hubby and I were waiting for the whole summer to purchase and exterior furniture. After researching for days in another store's website and not finding "the one" I gave a try on amazon. Immediately this preciousness came in the list. I'll be honest... I was hesitant at the beginning because by the time it had about 5 reviews and for me that was not enough for a decision like this, but decided to give a try since the price was the best of all i have seen at all. EXCEEDED my expectations: *arrived TWO days earlier of estimated delivery ALL THREE BOXES *it took me about hour and half to assemble ALL BY MY SELF (husband was working) i did use a power tool (IT WILL BE A BLESSING) If not... prepare mentally for about three hours of assembly. *easy to move (it is so light weight) * I have this set for over a month, no complaints, nothing broken, easy to clean i do recommend this product. ... show more
