I read about every electric trike/bike on the planet. Priced from $600 to $4,700 dollars. This bike was the best value. I needed to exchange the seat. This bike was easy to put together. Built well, very sturdy and a good buy for the money. I would recommend it to anyone. It has a lot of power and so much fun to ride. Surprisingly, it arrived a week early and was packed very well with no damage.

This is so awful the bike don’t work at all and it’s not as described. The seat does not have the it it’s on it, and the seller refuse to accommodate me and to have a conversation with me about their product, it’s a big bulky bike that does not work The battery came out for me one time and now it’s stuck and won’t pull out of its case. The seller has ignored my messages. I spent too much money on this bike for it not to work and for them to accommodate me now they’re not giving me my money back warning don’t buy or you’ll be going through what I’m going through. what a terrible purchase I made.. ... show more

The bike is super cool, but don't expect much from customer service. They had to fix a few things for me, but it took about a week for each email to be responded to. They shipped the wrong bike, or at the very least, the wrong seat for the bike. I ordered a bike with a backrest and received a standard seat. There was a minor scratch on the bike, so they sent me a touch-up. However, the instruction manual says the paint should be in the box. The original ad for the bike included a phone bag and mirrors, but they claim it wasn't in their ad, so they have not received them. Honestly, if customer service wasn't so poor, I would probably score this a 5\5. The bike is pretty cool and fun to ride. If you are not the handy type, consider getting help with assembly, as it requires creative thinking to complete the process. SUPER IMPORTANT! This bike needs mirrors; I had to order them separately. I don't feel the bike is very safe without them. Order at your own risk ... show more
