The bike showed up on time but DID NOT WORK the motor would not work at all and the lcd screen showed an Error 30h code I contacted the seller (QLIFE) IMMEDIATELY at first I was told over the phone that I needed to take a video of the LCD screen and explain in the video that I had checked all the connections on the bike (which I had)and they would contact me in a few days after reviewing the video and send me a new bike.... That WAS NOT the case.. these guys screwed me around and screwed me around emailing me telling me I had to send them another video then telling me they were just gonna send me a new controller for the bike but then told me that they would have to wait until they could get more parts from their "overseas" manufacturer and that it would be shipped on a certain day by the time I finally got that email saying that it would be shipped on a certain day it was almost a month later and that was the last email I ever received from them, after that they absolutely and completely ignored me come that certain day I emailed them and asked if the part was still being shipped that day and no response the next day I asked them what happened I thot the part was being shipped, because when the part shipped they were supposedly going to let me know immediately and provide me a tracking number a week later and about 8 more emails questioning what was going on and absolutely no response honestly I know someone else who has the same bike and likes it I ordered the bike for transportation to get back and forth to work and I spent an entire pay check to do so and I'm honestly just very bummed out and disappointed that the company did me the way they did telling me initially that they would send me a new bike then switching up to their just gonna send me a new part for the bike to just all out completely ignoring me didn't think that was a very fair way to treat a customer EDITED COMPANY FINALLY got back to me and is supposed to be sending me the part needed to fix my bike I will update again when I get the part and if everything works out well I will delete this review and make a new one ... show more

Very simple to put together. My 14 year old put it together by himself in a very short amount of time. Rides smoothly. Battery life is good. Very lightweight. It also works well as a regular bike without the battery.

I bought the E-Bike for my son-in-law. He loves it. How light it is, also the paint job, is fantastic, Purple is his favorite color. He works close to the house, and its a lot easier, to ride the E-bike, instead of driving the Car. The assembly was also very to follow and put togeather.
