This bike is great, I’m 6’2” and 280 pounds and I use this 18 miles a day to get to work and back while carrying about 10-20 lbs of gear on the back. So this thing moves 300lbs all day everyday with comfort and style. I’ve had a lot of compliments on the look of the bike and I love how sturdy it feels even with all that weight. Super comfortable ride, 100% worth what I paid for it without a doubt! Super simple to use, my friends ask me to ride it around from time to time and it’s intuitive if you’ve ever ridden a bike before. My only complaint is the battery life, I charge it once I get to work because it’s on the last bar when I get home if I don’t charge it and I don’t want to risk getting stranded. The range is realistically only about 20 miles for me but again that’s with 300 lbs on stop and go urban streets/sidewalks with the headlight on going 21 mph (it can get up to 25mph with me on it at full power but I leave it on 4/5 power to conserve the battery). I wish it lasted more but for my needs and for my weight I won’t take a star for that, they probably had a more average sized human in mind when they calculated the range. Anyways, I’ll try to update this a few months in of usage. Also, the derailleurs were bad when I got them but they they sent me brand new ones once I message them. Great customer service, I will be purchasing from them again and recommend them to all!

The bike arrived early and was fairly easy to assemble. The quality was surprisingly good. The battery came partially charged and allowed for a decent test run. I was able to achieve the advertised 28mph easily. The bike is also quite easy to pedal around with the power turned off. So far I am quite pleased.

Absolutely amazing bike, I already have about 50 miles on it, I will say it would be a good idea to buy heavy duty tubes, I had a flat on one of my first rides but it was a minor fix, other than that the quality of the bike itself and the electrical part of it works amazing and 28 mph is perfect for around town rides/errands. The battery life lasts quite a while as well, no problems with that. It is quite a heavy bike but nothing too bad, and is very comfortable while riding.

So far... so good! Wanted something that would be consistently a bit faster than my Jasion EBX. I noticed the power right away! It rides pretty smooth for the price. Looks better in person as well. Dig the matte black finish. Arrived days earlier than the expected date but I am only a state away. Got the fender/rear rack option. Rack arrived first, then the bike, and lastly the fenders. So be aware they do separate the shipping on those. Instructions were easy and setup took roughly a half hour. I've upgraded the pedals and rear light that also has built in alarm. Highly recommend it! Suspension seems to have more travel than my previous bike also. Couldn't keep my oldest off the bike! First ride across town was a breeze. Hits 28mph just fine and love having cruise control. Just note if you're going max speed more often... the battery of course drains quicker. Still however had 3 bars left after about a 12 mile round trip. All in all... this is absolutely the best value I've found in ebikes. Will update after I've put more miles on it. So far, very satisfied! 😌

Amazing service, best purchase in years! It was delivered faster than promised. A lot was pre assembled so I do not understand some people complaining about assembling it was quick and easy. The battery is super powerful and I am an overweight tall person but the bike climbs hills effortlessly. Wish I could give 6 stars out of 5 This is just a perfect product and the after sales service is fast (wrote them with a question about positioning the steer and they responded within 24hrs) Great bike, do not hesitate and order it.

This review is being written one day after receiving the bike, and after the first ride. Bike arrived two days earlier than expected, and assembly went smooth. I took the time to watch the assembly videos while waiting on the bike to be delivered. Went for first ride, and told the wife I was going for a couple of miles, to check things out, and see what adjustments I might need to make. Rode 17.4 miles before I returned home! I had about given up biking for exercise as I would have to stop multiple times on the hills, to catch my breath. This allowed me to make it up the hills without stopping and added miles of enjoyment to my ride. If you're on the fence about buying an E-bike, I recommend going for it and this model has better specifications at less money than any other I could find. How it will hold up for the long run, remains to be seen. But for first impressions, I give it 5 stars.
