This scooter arrived very well-packaged. After opening the box, it took only 3 minutes to set up the main scooter. Installing the seat and storage bags took about 10 minutes and was quite straightforward. It runs incredibly smoothly and is surprisingly powerful—it easily carries a 160-pound adult without any lag. I really like the seat and bags, which make the ride much more enjoyable. Plus, it's great that I can easily remove the seat if I need to carry it onto a bus or train. The instructions were a bit vague but overall it is not a hard build. Pros - it came basically fully charged. You get the seat and a storage bag included for the price of most scooters. Cons - this thing is very loud, the motor really sounds like it is struggling. My daughter has a Wehry scooter she got a few days before, it is quiet as a mouse. They seem to be essentially the same scooter, very little physical difference, but the Qlaway is very loud. I checked and no obstructions, no brakes, or anything on the wheels, just a very loud motor. And then the app. It is simply terrible. Connects but barely keeps track of anything. Something said it won't track any rides under 100km or 60 miles. The range of the scooter is 15 miles or so! ... show more

If you can ride a bike, you'll love this scooter. Once I got it assembled, it was a blast to ride around. For now I'm using it with the seat, but I can already tell I'll eventually remove it and try riding in the standing position. One thing I really like is that you don't have to kick off to get moving. Just press the power/throttle and it takes off on its own. It feels plenty fast for my comfort level and is a lot of fun to ride. The instructions are pretty minimal, so assembly involved a little trial and error figuring out where everything went and how it fit together. Once assembled, though, it was up and running without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't even need to charge it before taking it for a test ride. It's also fairly lightweight (around 25 pounds) and not awkward to lift into a vehicle for transport. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's comfortable, easy to ride, and a great way to get around. Definitely a 5-star scooter! ... show more
