Long story short, I am very proud as to how this turned out. Because of this beautiful finish, I gave this product a 4 star. It would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the following: 1. Don't know who would be responsible for this issue but upon picking up my package, the box was damaged. Not cool and disappointing. However I did appreciate it being delivered on time. 2. (Excuse my non-mechnical french) Not all the nuts and washers bolts were accounted for. I was short of the large circular washers. 3. NO physical manual.... Mind you I have no no mechanical experience so being a firm manual believer, I was disappointed. However thankfully my sister's husband was quick on his feet so he knew what to do without the manual. NOTE: I would like to firmly point out that although there wasn't a physical manual copy but after 3 hours of attaching this and family movie, I've come to realize that there is a digital manual copy. I read the reviews but blindly missed this IMPORTANT detail. In conclusion, besides facing those 3 obstacles, the product fit my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4Door Sport and I love it's sturdiness. There is room for improvement but I LOVE IT. Thank You.

Bought these side step sliders because they have a lower step but not too low and because the price was good. I am impressed with how solid they are and that they are a few pounds light that the OEM Rubicon rock sliders. I also like the step in the middle. Installation wasn’t too bad. It took about two hours for one side because I took my time and had to figure that which tools to use cuz I am an amateur. But the second one only took 30 minutes. I ran into an issue when one of the screws broke off of the brackets. Probably a bad weld. But the seller was quick in responding to me about it and with resolving the issue by sending a replacement. The whole process took about a week and went very smoothly. Kudos for fast response and good customer service! Overall these sidestep sliders are a great deal and the seller is top notch! I’ll buy again and/or recommend purchasing it!

I give 4 stars only because they came with absolutely no instructions or QR coded how-to video, so it took longer than it could have to assemble. I was able to figure it out fairly easily, though, and installed them by myself. Otherwise, they look great and appear sturdy.

I was disappointed at first because there were no included instructions. However, I messaged the seller through Amazon and they responded overnight with the instructions. It was pretty easy if you have ever assembled anything before. I think the key to it (and the instructions do not say this very well) is to keep every thing loose (not completely tightened) until you get everything in place. The brackets are solid and have plenty of room to move one way or another as needed. The first runner took me longer as I fought this, unknowingly. As I got to the second one it occurred to me to leave all loose until it was in place and not only did it install more quickly, it felt more flush without being forced. Good luck!

Upon trying to install the running boards the bolts go into the hole under the jeep. But when you tighten them they snap in half leaving part of the bolt still in the hole. When we used vice grips to get it out, the bolt piece was bending with the vice grips. So now I have to take it into a shop to rethread all the holes under so I can install running boards. I would honestly use different bolts if you can or even take it into a shop to rethread your jeep or install them professionally. I wish I would have spent more money to get better quality bolts with the running boards
