This push-up board is really cool! We’ve never had anything like it before but it’s been a great addition to our home workout routine! It opens and closes easily for convenient storing. When you change the bars, it helps isolate different parts of the muscles for a better workout as well as working out muscles that are hard to work with traditional floor push ups. Definitely recommended for a better arm workout!

Now, full disclosure, I'm not a fit person, but neither am I couch potato. I'm retired, but like to keep as active as I can allowing for the fact that I am retirement age. I do exercise at home, typically "easier" things, jump rope, push-up, sit-ups, low impact things like that. I am an Army veteran, and I can still hear my drill Sargent in my ear all these years later, "Keep that back straight! Full reps, not that half a$$ed crap!", helpful admonitions/instructions like that. So I do try to perform my exercises properly or what's really the use, right? Well, a few sets of push-ups with this makes me wonder if I'm doing them as properly as I think I am. WOW! First things first. Assembly instructions were clear and concise, along with the operation instructions as well. There's also multiple positions for each targeted muscle group to increase the difficulty. All very well laid out. The color coded board and key is printed directly on the board for easy review/reference. With another similar product I have I had to refer to a separate key/paper to explain the color chart. There was also a 10 week Super Fitness plan included with the instructions, and it includes instructions/levels for beginners to expert. If I keep using this a regularly as I hope and expect to, maybe I'll eventually be able to accomplish "expert". Lastly, while it didn't come with a storage/carrying bag, there is a designated space underneath the board to store the handles. I think a storage bag would've been a nice inclusion, but not a big enough deal for me to downgrade my rating/review. No matter if you're a casual/low impact type of exerciser or a hard core type, I firmly believe this will be an excellent addition to your routine. A+++++

I've never liked doing pushups. I also found it hard to have good form. This makes it a lot easier and gives me encouragement to do these exercises. The handles are ok, certainly better than not having this board. It takes some getting used to. I like how this device folds away for easy storage. The handles pull out and store neatly inside so you don't have to worry about losing them. Plus the pegs are color coded which makes it easier to figure out a routine to work out different muscles. My one complaint with this is the included rubber feet. This is the self-assembly required portion of the product. The rubber feet are poor fitting. They easily fall out. You will want to make sure before and after each usage that they haven't fallen out and rolled away. I might glue them in, probably the best option to avoid losing them as these rubber feet serve a critical role (depending on your floor type).

Ok, I know what you're thinking: let's get in shape. So let's spend thousands on a home gym. No way man. Buy a pull up bar and this thing and walk. Seriously. It's not insanely hard. Says the guy trying to get fit. Anyway, quality board, with lots of options. Just be sure to put the little rubber feet on before you place this on your wood floor so as to not scratch it. The question I have is: will it endure? It seems solid enough, but you're putting a lot of force on this thing when you put a good deal of your body weight on it. At least I am. I'll come back and check in if this thing can't handle the repetitive stress. Bonus: they obviously didn't hire a native-speaker to write their instructions. My wife and I looked at the sheet titled "Warm Tips" for a minute, thinking, warm? Do they mean hot tips? LOL. Seriously, I hope they sell enough of these to get that instruction sheet rewritten. Or maybe, these tips ain't all that hot and it's truth in advertising. Who knows, man.

I ordered this fitness push-up board for my two teenage boys who are into working out together. They do go to the gym but I figured that they can easily use this anytime they want to. I like that it is portable and folds up nicely so that it does not take up a lot of room when it is stored away. It is super easy to use and is sturdy. The handles do start to hurt your hands after a while but really is not a big deal. I also like that the product came with a push-up challenge, explaining what to do, on what days, and for how long. This will most definitely make it way more interesting and fun for them! I highly recommend this product, especially at this great price!!

It is so easy to to do push ups the wrong way, hurting your shoulders, elbows, and wrists. Possibly causing long term problems if done incorrectly for long periods. Enter the push up board! This little board is fantastic because it shows you exactly where to put your hands to work the various upper body muscle groups assuring correct alignment every single time. I can really feel the difference! The board itself is durable and secure as are the hand grips. It would be nice if the handles had a bit of padding on them, but that is a minor gripe. This is a fantastic workout tool overall!
