These are so prescribed obsolescence that they have been used up until the point of just past return eligibility and then they are not allowed to go be charged. I found out that they are just 18650 batteries for power and that is for all companies using power packs ryobi,Akita,dewalt so you should really think twice before purchasing a power pack for your portable tools that are the cost of 6-8 of the 18650 batteries
