With 2 kids and 2 people with very little time on their hands, it's too several weeks to put together. The directions are a little silly, you have to kind of think ahead for the roof because you can put the tiles in without at least putting a few screws in to hold them in place. There were pieces that was dented and bent but they still worked and went together without issues. The seller contacted immediately after purchase to let me know to contact them if there were any issues throughout the process which was nice. It does come in 3 separate boxes and for whatever reason they didn't come on the same day. But it's already rained and we only had to deal 1 area so far but plan on sealing with a store bought sealer not what it came with due to the tube not being as easy as a caulking gun would be. Little trial and error with some things but honestly not bad and we're still married lol

The gazebo looks great! Structure is in place. High quality materials with some extra parts which is nice! This is the 12x14 model. There was one bracket for a roof panel that was slightly bent but we were able to use pliers and get it on. One of the metal finishing bars that finish on the inside started to bend when putting it up because we tightened everything too soon and it was getting late so we decided to stop for now. The customer service is spot on, they were able to provide FedEx with delivery instructions and have been in contact and ready to help as we build it or be of any assistance. I was skeptical of the reviews but most of the lower stars were because of the instructions. Keep in mind this isn’t a quick/easy job but if you stay organized and read step by step it’ll get done. We did it over 2 days (4 hours + 6 hours) and used 2 people day 1 and 3 people day 2 with a ladder and a step stool and tall people. This is the same price as their website but I used Amazon for my rewards points. Very happy with it so far, it’s already keeping underneath dry and will provide great shade for my deck. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

Great value for the money and Fantastic Customer Service! We have been very impressed with this gazebo. The quality exceeded our expectations. It did require two people to put it together. It did take us a few days to put together, but it was because we chose to take our time. The quality of the curtains and screen curtains is very substantial. We did find a couple of small pieces to the roof missing and let the seller know. I was surprised and impressed they got back to us so quickly and made arrangements to send us the missing parts. They may want to consider packing the roof parts in a couple of boxes vs one or making the box heavier duty. We did notice a little bend here and there on some of the pieces but this did not affect the appearance of the final construction. The customer service was so good we wouldn't hesitate to purchase other products from them in the future. I happen to have my eye on some items.

Not easy to put together. It definitely takes several people and I would plan on it taking a few days to do. The instructions could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it looks great and seems to hold up well in the weather with no leaks. It's a nice addition to my patio.

Took 3-4 of us about 8 hours to put together but so worth it! Instructions are fairly clear. Very well-built. Looks awesome and appears to be very durable. We were missing a bag of one of the brackets, but we continued on. Messaged the company and they responded right away. We bought a 12x16 size and it's perfect for our space. Now we'll be looking to add a solar fan/light and someday an outdoor kitchen to go under it. Can't wait for the next party!!

I bought this one based on other reviews and wasn't disappointed. Most of the framework is aluminum so corrosion shouldn't be an issue. Curtain and netting seems high quality. Instructions are better than average and everything went together as described. You will need a 2nd person for a few of the steps. After completion it feels very rigid. Extra hardware is provided so I never ran out. The box I received for roof panels must have been slammed around a bit because some panels had wrinkles. They weren't bad enough for me to ask for replacements, but an extra half inch of foam would be desirable.

This is by far the best gazebo. Very sturdy and solid. It definitely needs 2 or more people to put together but it is worth it. My husband and I did it in 3 days but it is not easy. The finished product is amazing. The seller was amazing. They kept reaching out to make sure we received everything and to offer support. By far the best customer service I have received from anything I have purchased from Amazon. Waiting for ceiling fan and light and will add pictures.
