Very impressed with the quality of this product. It arrived in nine well-packaged boxes, each clearly labeled. The seller provided a helpful checklist for delivery. Assembly isn’t difficult but is very time-consuming—definitely a two-person job, maybe three for the initial frame. The only issue was installing the bottom roof rails; the corners were very difficult to push into position for proper placement of the brackets and inserting the screws, and could be better manufactured. Instructions are mostly diagrams, so expect a learning curve. That said, the finished product is a solid, well-made product that looks great and is definitely worth the effort.

The media could not be loaded. Gave this sunroom five stars because it’s a very well built sunroom .Took two days to set up .You won’t regret your purchase .Very nice and spacious.No leaks after the first Ohio winter ,very sturdy.Customer service was excellent .

This gazebo took along time to put together. Instructions could be clearer, alot of pages to go thru so this is a timely project,. Alot of screws and bolts to put in so takes time to put together. Some predrilled holes were off set so made it more challenging to line up. Like the inset screen cover windows for different weather. Overall satisfied with the results and is sturdy, color is nice, but don't know what the square fake lights are for, they don't work or light up

We received the 12x20 ft sodium gazebo in perfect condition. We only had one missing part, but after contacting customer service, we received the part in just a few days. There are a lot of parts. The manual had clear pictured diagrams with each part labeled. It will take three people to put this together in three days. We used a 4 inch concrete pad for support. The windows attach very easily. The doors have very strong magnetic closure. You will need to close the door lightly or you will lock the door with the strong magnets. No worries, it will open again Ising both hands. I am very pleased with this gazebo. Honestly, I don't get much work done, since I spend hours sitting or taking a nap on my couch in the gazebo! This is a great investment! I also have the milky white plug in lights all around the gazebo which is very nice. The customer service is top notch! If I have a question, they repond within 24 hours!I am looking into many years of enjoyment with this gazebo. The size is perfect for 4 swivel rockers and one 3 seater couch with plenty of walking space. Top quality , the screens are very tight which is good.

We have had this for a year and i wanted to experience it thru all seasons before reviewing. This was a mammoth build and I don't regret a second of it. I believe we got 2 deliveries of 11 total boxes. I took the sage advice of others and pre-sorted and labeled all the contents in order of build. This saved us so much time in assembly. It was the just the two of us except near the very end. I spent about a week after work unboxing and sorting and labeling. We spent roughly 48 hours in total building this solarium. Over the past year, this has held up beautifully. It made it through snow and freezing rain in the winter. It survived with minimal damage from an EF-0 tornado in the spring. It still looks as good as the day we got it after the brutal heat of the summer sun. The only drawback is the spring tabs for the windows have rusted pretty bad. The only design issue is you have to remove the windows from the outside of the building. It'd be simpler based on where we built it, if I could remove from the inside, but I'm still very impressed with this purchase! We get so many compliments on this solarium from our guests and I recommend Purple Leaf solely based on this one item. Don't forget to anchor this properly to the ground or deck!

The instructions were not in the box marked as 1 of 11. Had to go opening the boxes to find the paper work and hardware to put it together. That should all be in the first box, IMO. Second issue I have is the size is wrong, IMO. I got the 12*20 with walls. The size is based off the roof. When I measured the roof it was 11.5 by 19.8 not 12*20. The item is not cheap. The area should be 12*20.
