Have to be very careful with instructions - there were only pictures that weren’t completely clear on some steps. Took us a weekend to assemble completely. This is an impressive sunroom for the price. It looks great. Is watertight. Great place to relax. Quality is fantastic. Customer service is excellent. If you email customer service, they will contact you within 24 hours and they stick with you until everything is good. Tips: I built this by myself. I would strongly advise you to have at least one able bodied helper. At least for the frame assembly. Use a thumb drive ratchet or hand ratchet wrench to tighten the fasteners. You risk stripping fasteners if you use a driver. It is more work hand tightening but it is worth it. I used a drill driver for about a half dozen fasteners that were especially tight. The roof panels have plastic spacers that are slipped on prior to installation. These will come off if you look at them. Attach them with a drop of super glue on each tab and spray with accelerator to set the glue. The glue will hold them on during installation making your life much, much easier. Organize, organize, organize. When you receive the boxes, unpack them and separate the parts by part letter. Confirm that everything is there. Place the fasteners and other small parts into their own plastic bins. Prepare the bits and drivers you will need to assemble the parts. Read the instruction book a few times. Watch some YouTube videos, including Purple Leaf's video. This is an epic kit project but you can do it!

The product is gorgeous. Very well made. We built a pressure treated base for this to sit on so water couldn’t get in. We added flooring on top. Zero leaks. Make sure you seal well as instructed. Assembly not bad but you need time. The only thing we did is change the door handles for a different look. They haven’t come in yet. The sunroom provides great shade. Since the product came in multiple boxes it was easy to transport. Seller really nice, reached out a couple of times to make sure we were happy. Definitely a great addition to our yard. Definitely worth the price.

product just missed being 5 stars. considering these 12 x 16 covered pavilions are around 1200-1500$, adding 3500 for 4 walls is pretty steep. but they are the only game in town that I could find. Packaging is a 4.9. very minor window and wall denting but overall very good. Assembly well. read several pages ahead and almost never tighten anything. be prepared to go back and forth alot. we had one wall panel mislabeled which made for a bit of confusion for 10 minutes. overall excellent product. can't say its a value though. but then nothing is anymore

PURPLE LEAF 8' X 12' Hardtop Gazebo Outdoor Wood Grain Aluminum Frame Galvanized Steel.... if you're in the market for a gazebo type structure that will hold up well and look good doing it then this is the one for you. Not easy but not impossible to assemble, needs at least two handy persons to put it all together and when finished it is quite sturdy and from what I can tell , with minimum maintenance it will last a long time protecting you from sun and rain. The instructions are lacking a bit but you can figure it out and the customer service is excellent. They follow up on your satisfaction and any problems are quickly addressed and taken care of. Purple Leaf is an excellent choice.

This screen house is really nice, sturdy, and a very good size. We live on a canal in Florida so winds can be pretty high so a strong roof and well built screen house were what we needed. We strapped down the sides just in case but have not had an issue that needed it yet. We did take a week with two of us to build it, but some time was due to a couple of parts we needed that were missing from the several parts and boxes (9 boxes). When we reached out to the seller they bent over backwards to make it right! Could not have asked for a better response. Also love the magnetic doors and privacy shields that can be taken off and stored in supplied storage racks.

Looks like the product preview, so my wife is happy. Gives us some desperately needed shade in the backyard during the afternoon. We live in a relatively windy area (seeing avg winds of ~20mph frequently). Anchoring it down to concrete footings, it is relatively stable but the top does shake a bit when it picks up. The gazebo can be mostly assembled by yourself, it took me roughly 12 hours. I would recommend a helper to get it done quicker. You'll most likely need someone to help anyways attaching the main frame rails and the roof structure. My kit came with all the pieces, so that's a plus. I would definitely recommend doing an inventory before starting as there are a lot of components. If you're relatively tall (6'+), you may find there's not a lot of headroom clearance along the outer rails, but it does open up on the inside. There were several bent flanges in my kit but nothing that couldn't be resolved with a pair of pliers. The instructions were mostly easy to follow, but one or two steps may involve a little head scratching on the roof panel assembly. Customer support was helpful and followed up to make sure there weren't any issues. They offered some assistance regarding the items that were noted upon receipt of the package.

I love this gazebo. It took my husband three days to put together. His only negative comment was about the instruction booklet. No written instructions, just drawings which made it difficult. Definitely worth the money. Very pleased.
