This is an impressive sunroom for the price. It looks great. Is watertight. Great place to relax. Quality is fantastic. Customer service is excellent. If you email customer service, they will contact you within 24 hours and they stick with you until everything is good. Tips: I built this by myself. I would strongly advise you to have at least one able bodied helper. At least for the frame assembly. Use a thumb drive ratchet or hand ratchet wrench to tighten the fasteners. You risk stripping fasteners if you use a driver. It is more work hand tightening but it is worth it. I used a drill driver for about a half dozen fasteners that were especially tight. The roof panels have plastic spacers that are slipped on prior to installation. These will come off if you look at them. Attach them with a drop of super glue on each tab and spray with accelerator to set the glue. The glue will hold them on during installation making your life much, much easier. Organize, organize, organize. When you receive the boxes, unpack them and separate the parts by part letter. Confirm that everything is there. Place the fasteners and other small parts into their own plastic bins. Prepare the bits and drivers you will need to assemble the parts. Read the instruction book a few times. Watch some YouTube videos, including Purple Leaf's video. This is an epic kit project but you can do it!

Purple Leafs customer service was great. They reached out to me prior to the shipment even arriving. They wanted to ensure that all boxes (9 of them) arrived. Additionally, they made themselves available for questions especially during the assembly process. Assembly was quite difficult I will say. It took my husband and 5 of his coworkers to assemble and put together. Assembly is not a one person job!!! This took my husband 16 hours to assemble. The screens are fragile and along with the privacy panels. One privacy panel was defective along with two of the screens had small holes.

The product is gorgeous. Very well made. We built a pressure treated base for this to sit on so water couldn’t get in. We added flooring on top. Zero leaks. Make sure you seal well as instructed. Assembly not bad but you need time. The only thing we did is change the door handles for a different look. They haven’t come in yet. The sunroom provides great shade. Since the product came in multiple boxes it was easy to transport. Seller really nice, reached out a couple of times to make sure we were happy. Definitely a great addition to our yard. Definitely worth the price.

We received the 12x20 ft sodium gazebo in perfect condition. We only had one missing part, but after contacting customer service, we received the part in just a few days. There are a lot of parts. The manual had clear pictured diagrams with each part labeled. It will take three people to put this together in three days. We used a 4 inch concrete pad for support. The windows attach very easily. The doors have very strong magnetic closure. You will need to close the door lightly or you will lock the door with the strong magnets. No worries, it will open again Ising both hands. I am very pleased with this gazebo. Honestly, I don't get much work done, since I spend hours sitting or taking a nap on my couch in the gazebo! This is a great investment! I also have the milky white plug in lights all around the gazebo which is very nice. The customer service is top notch! If I have a question, they repond within 24 hours!I am looking into many years of enjoyment with this gazebo. The size is perfect for 4 swivel rockers and one 3 seater couch with plenty of walking space. Top quality , the screens are very tight which is good.
