Very impressed with the quality of this product. It arrived in nine well-packaged boxes, each clearly labeled. The seller provided a helpful checklist for delivery. Assembly isn’t difficult but is very time-consuming—definitely a two-person job, maybe three for the initial frame. The only issue was installing the bottom roof rails; the corners were very difficult to push into position for proper placement of the brackets and inserting the screws, and could be better manufactured. Instructions are mostly diagrams, so expect a learning curve. That said, the finished product is a solid, well-made product that looks great and is definitely worth the effort.

The media could not be loaded. Gave this sunroom five stars because it’s a very well built sunroom .Took two days to set up .You won’t regret your purchase .Very nice and spacious.No leaks after the first Ohio winter ,very sturdy.Customer service was excellent .

This gazebo took along time to put together. Instructions could be clearer, alot of pages to go thru so this is a timely project,. Alot of screws and bolts to put in so takes time to put together. Some predrilled holes were off set so made it more challenging to line up. Like the inset screen cover windows for different weather. Overall satisfied with the results and is sturdy, color is nice, but don't know what the square fake lights are for, they don't work or light up

Not as easy to set up. Need about 3 people. But once it is set, it is perfect. Wind will drive rain inside the top vent. Love the panels for the screen windows they are noisy when the wind blows but turn the radio on and enjoy! The sun will warm it in the winter too! All the boxes and parts came the first time. But the directions were a little hard to understand with no words. Especially when you do not do this type of work. But we figured it out. Very sturdy and we have some strong winds.

The media could not be loaded. We lost our old gazebo in hurricane Milton. We rarely used it because of bugs in Florida so when I saw this I knew it would be an upgrade. The seller is outstanding with customer service and follow up. They emailed directions to my contractor in advance so he could give us a price. One guy built it in 3 days. Sturdy. Roomy and I’m in love with the windows on it. This will get used and now we have a “clubhouse” in addition to our screened in lanai attached to the house. True outdoor living with this beautiful addition. We can’t wait to add a ceiling fan and decorate. The price was steep but you get what you pay for. Super excited about our clubhouse

The shipping, customer service and product are very good. We had one wrong bracket and were short on nuts and had to wait a week each time to have them shipped from China. The Ad says there are lights but lights are no longer integral to the sunroom and that are provided separately if you request them. The largest problem is the instructions. First they say don't tighten anything until step 1 is complete. If you follow this advice you will realize that some major bolts were hidden by other parts and they didn't get tightened. I have advised the company of this issue and they are sending it to their tech people to include better instructions. My concern is that there are probably sunrooms that have been built that by others that will be ruined by wind and snow load.

My husband put this together. I helped in the beginning but once he got the corners assembled he was on his own. Some directions were challenging but he figured them out. The gazebo is very sturdy and has withstood its first cold, and very windy Iowa winter. We’re looking forward to enjoying it. Looks beautiful on our deck.

product just missed being 5 stars. considering these 12 x 16 covered pavilions are around 1200-1500$, adding 3500 for 4 walls is pretty steep. but they are the only game in town that I could find. Packaging is a 4.9. very minor window and wall denting but overall very good. Assembly well. read several pages ahead and almost never tighten anything. be prepared to go back and forth alot. we had one wall panel mislabeled which made for a bit of confusion for 10 minutes. overall excellent product. can't say its a value though. but then nothing is anymore
