After weeks of research, we decided on this set for our new deck and could not be happier. It is very comfortable! The cushion covers are water resistant, washable and the seller even sent 2 extra for future use! The cushions do slide a little bit that can be easily solved with some Velcro. Assembly and instructions were very easy. I would recommend an impact drill or screw gun for faster assembly. 4 boxes came over a span of 2 days. I was a little concerned with the back height, but with the feet for the base it’s perfect. 6 ft man says it’s no issue. The fire pit panels had a couple nicks and scratches. Since we had already assembled it, the seller was happy to credit us for the scratches and sent us a whole new set of fire pit tiles. A couple reviews mentioned difficulty putting on the cushion covers. I found by turning the covers inside out, matching the corners and then shimmy-ing the cover down the foam was very easy. We're really happy with this set. I spent HOURS looking at so many of these on Amazon, Wayfair, and random sites. Everything seemed to have pretty mixed or no reviews. We took a chance on this one - there weren't a ton of reviews but what was there was good. I really wanted nice thick seat cushions but didn't want to spend $5k+ for something from West Elm. I also wanted a section with a dining table. In reading reviews for other sets, I noticed folks complaining about how the pieces slid around because they didn't come with clips to attach the different seats, and people complaining about buying a separate cover. This set includes both of those, which was a big win for us. The cover fits over our entire set no problem in the pictured configuration, and has protected the set over the two storms we've had already. The boxes arrived earlier than the delivery estimate, and everything except the table took me alone about 5 hours to put together. In case it's not clear from the description, there are 5 boxes total since there are so many pieces. The four containing the chairs, cushions, covers, etc. arrived together, but the table was 3 days later. I panicked and contacted the seller, and they were quick to provide tracking for the table box. Another cool part - there are SO many extra pieces. Extra screws, washers, attachment clips. There are even two extra cushion covers for the seats and backs, and an extra pillowcase for the included pillows. Definitely a plus. Overall I really can't recommend this set enough. It arrived in a timely manner. I was concerned that we originally received only two boxes. Before we opened them we knew that we did not receive the entire set. I messaged the seller and they were very quick to respond and assured us that we were to receive 5 boxes total. We were not sure how many boxes to expect as the tracking number said "1 box." The seller said that they could see that we received 2 boxes. They told us that they would watch the tracking information and if it did not change by the expected delivery date that they would resend the 3 remaining boxes. We did receive the remaining boxes on the expected delivery date and received a prompt messages from the seller saying that they could see that the boxes had been delivered. I confirmed the delivery, and they said if we needed anything else to let them know. I am very satisfied with the custom service. I am also VERY satisfied with the quality and ease of assembly of this furniture set. It is extremely comfortable! And the color is beautiful! My family will get some good quality time with this set. I do not typically provide reviews. I am toooo busy. However, I feel obliged to write a review for my outdoor furniture set. I Received my Mother’s Day gift and I am in love with my new sectional. I spent a lot of time researching to ensure that I receive the best quality sectional within my Budget. I looked at dimensions, cushion thickness, material type, structure, modular vs non modular, etc. it took additional time and effort but it was WELL worth it. There are a couple extra covers for the cushions and two weather covers for the sectional and the fire pit. I did need to add clamps to secure the weather covering to the furniture because the strings were not strong enough. After assembling the sectional, we realized we were missing a L-Shape leg. I contacted the Vendor through Amazon and received the leg plus extras within a couple of days. The vendor communicated with me several times providing updates until the item was received.
