Parts were very well marked and protected in packaging and there was no damage. All the hardware was in nicely marked bags and a plastic container was provided to keep the smaller quantity bags in 1 place. Except for about 10 minutes help from the wife on bottom frame and about 20 minutes for roof frame completed unit by myself, but assembly will definitely go faster and more efficiently if you have extra hands while putting roof panels on. The instructions were easy to follow. Here are a few assembly tips. don't tighten up the main frame until it is fully assembled to get proper fit and same with the roof frame until the panels are in place. Use tape to keep the z clips in place as well as tape for the grommets that take the 10# bolts for the center roof panels. It will save you a lot of frustration. AS a personal preference I did add 5/16 rubber washers to all the roof bolts for added water leak protection. Customer service contacted me with tracking numbers when boxes were on their way and left a good impression, they would help with any problem but that was not needed. Watch some assembly videos! The roof can be a bear if you tighten all the screws down before sliding in panels. Very sturdy and sharp looking product.
