They replaced it with, not one, but two new chairs that matched the ones I already had. Very pleased with the quality, shipping and communication. Very easy assembly. One of the chairs was manufactured poorly, and the vendor replaced quickly. I was concerned about buying patio furniture via AMZN and very pleasantly surprised. I hope it all holds up! Will update.

Less than one year and the paint started coming off the aluminum. The aluminum also split open. Chairs were stored in doors for the winter and we have no overweight people sitting on them. They sit on the east side so they are not being overly exposed to heat from the sun. They look nice and cushions seem to be durable but aluminum frame and wood paint look is poor. ... show more
