I was pleasantly surprised at the quality ESPECIALLY for the PRICE! When these pillows arrived I took them out of the packaging- they fluffed up very nicely! No weird odor or chemical smell. No noted feathers poking through. They are soft yet firm— seem very well filled. We have had them for about a month and they have stayed fluffy and ultra comfy. My husband mentions how much he loves them every morning. 😂

I hated these and returned them after opening. Amazon keeps saying that I didn't return them because I bought two sets and shipped both sets back in the same box because it was the only box I had big enough after opening them. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service over and over again because they keep charging me for a set and saying I didn't return them even though I did and included both return slips in the box. These are far from luxury. I've spent over $60 on one down feather pillow before and these are nowhere near that quality. I have had no luck buying pillows from Amazon and will buy pillows in person from now on. Lesson learned.

Very nicely constructed, unfortunately way to firm for me. They hurt my neck. Also the pillow crackles when you move it around under your head to get comfortable. I wonder if there is some kind of cover around the down feathers to make the noise. I just want an SOFT old fashioned feather pillow that I can maneuver/mold around my neck and head for support. You can't do that with a foam pillow which just pops back into place.
