I had been taking another brand of an organic, whole food sourced multi-vitamin. Those too were larger pills. Have you ever had a mouth full of water to get pill down when your gag reflex kicks in and suddenly that mouthful of water with pill come blowing out? What a mess! Thank you but no thank you. That's what was happening to me. Once in a while I could get one down but it was a struggle. I found myself skipping my multi-vitamin more often than not. My solution, since I was wasting them anyway.. was to quit trying to force it. I came looking for another brand, throwing those away. I found these Pure Synergy Multi- Vita-Min Bal for Women and decided to give them a try. I'm really glad I did. Although these too are a larger pill, I have no difficulty getting them down. I will admit the first time I was going to take one I was anxious-- ok... I was afraid. Then, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it went down --no problem!. Well I've finished my second bottle of these now... I did think about switching to their other one (4 a day) but after reading reviews and saw where there were allergic reactions to those ingredients, I decided to stay with these since I have numerous allergies and sensitivities,. Decided instead to stay with these and applying the old addage: “If it isn't broken... don't fix it.” As soon as I finish this review, I'll complete my order for another bottle of these vitamins. Anyone whose had a problem swallowing the large natural, orgnic vitamins should give these a try.. Plus, as a bonus... they're a high qualit , organic non-gmo vitamin supplement . ... show more
