It helps so much. But I have to mix it with coconut oil or I'll scratch my legs off. It also dries my skin out so badly and leaves a salt residue cause I tried to spray the bottom of my foot so it doesn't itch. It works and within 15 min I can sleep and my restless legs are at bay. No need to think much about this purchase. If you have ever experienced restless legs or cramps at night you need this! Works amazingly well! It did burn a tiny bit the first few times I sprayed on my legs, but no major irritation. Could have been because I had just shaved my legs.

I had very high hopes for this based upon the reviews. I still don't feel I can adequately review it as I've only used it for three nights. But I have noticed some changes. I don't have a problem with the consistency of the spray. I just spray it 5 times on the sole of each foot before bed and rub it in. I have not noticed a tingly sensation. Sometimes it alternates between feeling a little warmer or a little cooler. But I have not noticed any tingling. It has not dried out my feet; in fact, it seems to moisturize them nicely. I haven't had any big issues with the spray bottle itself, but I'd rather it be more of a mist than the stronger spray that comes out. For aches and pains: I put this on my shin splints and it almost immediately relieved the pain. For sleep: The first two nights I used this, it actually took me longer to fall asleep. When I did, I feel like I had vivid dreams ALL night long. Having said that, I woke up refreshed and didn't have my mid-day drag as I normally do. So I wasn't sure if the vivid dreams were a good thing (since I felt more refreshed) or a bad thing (because I woke up feeling like I hadn't slept because I could remember all the dreams). On the third night, I was able to fall asleep faster and I didn't dream at all. I woke up before my alarm and felt great. I continue to have high hopes for this product! ... show more

I purchased this product based on reviews. He works standing and walking daily. He always has issues with pain and or cramps in his legs at night. The first time we used it we were amazed. First of all he slept like a baby. No issues with his legs since starting to use this. Our only issue is it feels a little sticky after applying and is oily so put a towel down on the bed.
