As someone with low iron, I have been told to take supplements. Many of the ones I have tried end up giving me disgusting flavored burps. Not these! These iron chews are great tasting and do not make me burp or give me indigestion. I have ordered the cherry ones many times and will continue to order. Worth the money!

Update- seller did offer me a full refund, which I greatly appreciate. I will change my rating to rate the grape which was good! I bought the grape before and liked it, decided to try the cherry for the reorder. It tastes like you’re eating a cherry bar of soap. And no returns.

Hello All! These work!! Most recent test results: Ferritin 45! (<--This is the highest it's been since 2017, yay!!) and Hemoglobin 11 (yay! as well). I feel so, so much like "normal". Keep reading if you want to know some of my numbers before taking these supplements. I've been anemic since I was about 12 years old. Fortunately, when I was younger, I managed it through my diet. Well, no one tells you as you get older, your body changes and absorption of iron diminishes due to various reasons. As recently as November 2020, my Hematologist was this close to sending me to the hospital for a blood transfusion because my numbers were VERY low ( Ferritin <1 normal range: 15 - 204 ng/mL & Hemoglobin 6.4 normal range: 11.8 - 16 mg/dL). She decided against it due to the COVID situation, but I was immediately scheduled for a series of infusions over the next few days. My numbers went up to Ferritin 6 and Hemoglobin 8. This was better, but about a month later--my Ferritin (iron stores) was down again: Ferritin 3 and Hemoglobin 10(<--this # was ok, though). I felt better and being the patient that I am, I didn't return for any more infusions. It's hard to go to the doctor when you're feeling well. :o) January 2021: Down again *frowny face* Ferritin: 3 and Hemoglobin: 8. Uggh! Believe me, I've had all the tests and procedures done to determine if blood loss was the reason for iron deficiency anemia. All results negative, it's just a simple fact that my body isn't absorbing it from food. Of course the monthly visitor doesn't help either. I decided to start taking these after reading all the reviews. Before, I found these, I thought to myself, surely there had to be iron supplements available that were NOT in pill form. I could not deal with the stomach upset and constipation that come along with them --and--for some reason, I Just Did Not Want To Start Infusions Again! I started feeling better in about a week and my hair stop shedding!! Nothing else changed, so I know it had be these supplements. There is a metallic after-taste, but if you brush your teeth/tongue immediately afterwards, it should be ok. It's totally worth it, to NOT be so sluggish, have brain-fog and hair loss anymore. If anyone out there is still on the fence AND your story is similar to mine, please try these! I honestly feel like a new person and I don't plan on ever stop taking them!!
