These are my favorite zinc-copper supplements! Good quality. Flavorless capsules. Only issue I had was my first bottle has 4 or 5 broken capsules and all of the vitamin powder was in the bottom of the bottle. Definitely worth the price!

Within about 30 minutes after taking this product I experienced severe stomach pain then diarrhea. What's in this stuff that could cause this reaction?

This is a great combo with good amounts of zinc, selenium, copper. The added boron 10mg is the icing on the cake. Most multi-mineral supplements will have much smaller amounts of boron. According to Dr. Jorge Flechas, boron is needed to increase bone strength as we age and many more benefits!

I was excited to find these trace minerals together (zinc, selenium, copper, and boron) because of the many health benefits they offer. Then I read that zinc and copper should not be taken at the same time. Then I read the transparent testing data online in the Amazon description, and I see that the supplement contains the following heavy metals: arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury. The microbiological test shows concerning data regarding the aerobic microbial count and the yeast and mold count. Maybe these things are present in other supplements, and they don't show you test results, but this report is going to keep me from taking these supplements.

Absolutely impressed with this trace minerals supplement. I feel like my immune system is stronger, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels.
