    • This is y far the best steamer I have purchased.
It is easy to use. The only difficult part is trying to keep the holes straight in certain positions. The height is great. I wish the wire around the hose would go up further to prevent it from bending, which kind of slows the flow of the steam. Other than that it removes wrinkles fast and easy. The steam is great. And it’s pretty fast. I’m the owner of a boutique and I have a lot of clothes to steam. This made it so much easier for me. Thank you. ... show more

    • LOVED IT AND EASY ASSEMBLY!
My steamer recently broke and so I went on Amazon searching for a new one. The first product I chose was a different steamer: "Steamer for Clothes Standing, KOTLIE 1600W 2 in 1 Professional Fabric Clothing Steamer and Iron, 4 Steam Level Fast Heat-up and Self-cleaning Garment Steamer w/ 2.4L Tank for 110 min Continuous Steam" <-- it was terrible, I am very handy but could not install the darn thing and so I just gave up and returned it. It terrible. I was pissed. Then I ordered this product. My God, the installation was so easy and straightforward. Ridiculously easy. With that said, I am in love with this product. Pros: -The foot power button comes in handy so much. You can turn it on and off easily. -It irons/steams well -the water tank is a good shape (my last one was terribly shaped, which made filling it up difficult) -The hanger comes with pants clips. The hanger is sturdy. (My previous one just clamped right off easily) -Distilled water I'm using seems to last. -Did I mention crazy easy installation? -The design is good for shoving in the corner and forgetting about it, without it being unreasonably bulky and without having to take it apart. Cons: -It does tend to shoot a bit much of water at times. It's not a big deal because it dries quickly, but just an FYI. Although, I do have the setting at max and may require tweaking there. You do have to be a little mindful that you don't spill this hot water on your foot. -I'm not going to lie, I've thought I've secured the hose and failed and it would just drop to the floor. The hose is plastic, so I was afraid it would break, but seems to have survived two high falls onto hardwood floors. Fun fact: I somehow got a spider in my water tank??? It's bitsy spider must've gone down the hose... lol ... show more

I received this product a couple weeks ago and I am thoroughly impressed. My family was trying to find a way from spending money on dry cleaning every week and this was the best investment we could have ever made!!! The product was so easy to assemble and use. I am very satisfied!!

    • So much better than small handheld steamer
We love this steamer. We have had a few small handheld steamers that were mediocre. This one is awesome! So easy to set up and use and gets the wrinkles out of everything we have used it on. We had a wedding and used this on dresses, jeans, dress shirts, cotton shirts, silk ties, etc.

    • Tank leak
The media could not be loaded. Started to leak within almost 2 weeks of use. I think that’s why the steamer hose wasn’t hot enough to easily take off wrinkles on clothes. I liked it while it worked. Great customer service I was able to get a replacement. We’ll see how that goes.
