Looks Amazing and realistic
Size: 60"
I researched a lot of fireplaces and let me tell you I chose this one and I don’t regret it. It sets an ambience like no other. The colors are cool. I usually keep them like a natural flame. The flames look very realistic. The heater works well. It warms up the room quickly. I love it and I’m very happy with it. I like to switch out the little pieces of wood and I put ceramic balls. I love the safety It gives around children don’t have to worry about anyone burning themselves very good quality and modern

Wonderful investment!
Size: 50"
I love my new fireplace! I removed an old square gas insert and replaced it with this electric one. I love it. Easy to run and cheaper than gas. The variety of colors and flame is fun to change and beautiful to watch. I chose to use just the white crystals but it's nice to have the option. I also chose this one because of the hidden venting system. It puts out adequate heat for my small living room in my condo. Very happy with this purchase.

Incredibly realistic with a couple important nuances
Size: 50"
9/26/26 update... The fireplace started making a clinking noise which wasn't loud but was very annoying in a quiet room. I got with Amazon customer service and they immediately sent a free replacement. It took about an hour to remove the original fireplace, inbox and install the replacement, and put the old one in the box the replacement came in. Amazon said they will arrange to have someone pick it up. I couldn't ask for more other than a unit that didn't make noises in the first place. They made it easy to get a replacement. Original Review... I looked at an electric fireplace distributor showroom and none of their fireplaces (as high as $4500) looked half as realistic or as rich as this one does. I'm very pleasantly surprised that it looks even better in person than in photos I've seen. I would give it 5 stars except for two issues that the manufacturer can easily correct. 1. The trim frame only extends above the top and bottom of the insert by less than 1/2". That means you have to finish and paint the drywall up to the insert because any screws or less than absolutely perfect drywall or framing will show around the edges. The simple solution is to make the face frame extend 3/4" to 1" past the insert all the way around so no finishing of the cutout is required. 2. The second issue is minor and also very easily corrected... the crackling fire sound effect sounds more like eggs frying in grease than a fire burning. It's not bad at the lowest volume setting but doesn't sound natural at all any higher. However, I have no regrets buying this fireplace. It adds an incredible ambiance to the room and the flames are more realistic than I thought would be possible. It gives a lot of control options such as... Flame color and brightness Coal color Flame brightness Sound level Temperature settings including a timer function It was easy to install except I'm going to have to mud around the insert, sand, and paint. It has the option to use it on feet that come with it. It built well enough for that to be a feasible option for an apartment or a space you don't want to modify. I'm really pleasantly surprised with the quality of the presentation. If you don't mind doing a little drywall work it definitely a 5 star product with a very high value for a very reasonable price. I suggest getting the widest unit you can fit in your space. My room would have looked better with a 60" vs. 50" except I'll have chairs that would hide part of a 60" unit. Without the chairs a wider unit would be the better choice.

6 Star electric fireplace
Size: 50"
Gave it 5Stars only because 6 stars wasn’t an option. I spent months researching electric fireplace inserts and this didn’t disappoint. It looks very clean and has a realistic look to it!

Love it!
Size: 60"
Love all the color combinations. I also like that the logs add a little something extra. It’s very cozy feeling. Easy to install. My surround is Roman clay and it looks great together. Very modern and clean looking. The fan for the heat is a tad louder than I would like but it’s really not that bad. Overall I really like this fireplace and would recommend it.

Love this fireplace!
Size: 42"
So far we are loving this fireplace! It looks beautiful and is working perfectly. It was easy to install and we love the options. The crackle is a bit loud and there isn’t a volume control, but that’s my only complaint.

It's really attractive. I love having it. Everyone that sees if says it looks great. I agree. many setting options. I recommend 100%

Really love the realistic flame on this fireplace. Great ambiance
Size: 50"
I absolutely love this fireplace. I built a rather simple wooden surround for it so I didn't actually have to mount it inside of a wall. This would allow me to relocate it or take it with me if I move. It has a wonderfully realistic flame. I think it was a really wonderful value. I love the ability to change the color and intensity of the flame. I have it paired with my Alexa so I can just ask her to turn it on and off. I had this fireplace on in my house much of the day. It has the ability to heat but I haven't used that yet. Good luck. I hope you love it
