I just received my NOU Campo massage chair and ottoman today. Purchased it as a retirement gift for myself but will grudgingly share it with family members too I suppose (smile!). The freight delivery brought the large box right to the front door. It was a bit cumbersome to maneuver inside, but the chair was exceptionally well-packed—no damage at all. Setup was straightforward: remove the bubble wrap, foam, and plastic sheeting, attach the base pieces, and plug it in. The chair offers numerous heat and massage options, plus easy adjustments to fit different body types. The upholstery combines leather, tweed, and stretchy fabric over the massage rollers, and it includes an extra lumbar pillow. We're absolutely loving it so far—and so is one of our cats (see pic!). It comes with a standard 3-year warranty for added peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I’ll keep this brief, we ordered multiple units as a gift. Item was left outside with a forged signature. Which went missing of course. And after 6 weeks of back and forth. And promises, you would think they would have at least followed through. The poor communication is unacceptable. Also having used this, here are the concerns... You can only use it 15 mins at a time, you will need to reprogram your settings after 15 mins.. which can be quite annoying. And there is no option to set pressure levels, if you are not a fan of hard pressure. this chair is not very usable.
