UPDATE!!!! I took the filter out and shook it, made sure the filter media was not stuck and now it worked fine. The customer service of PUR should note this to purchasers so they don't freak out and blame the product for not working-me included! I have revised my review to 4 stars. The filter need to be replaced every 2 months so if you purchase a PUR water filter and are required to replace the filter every 2 months you are already out of warranty after the first month of purchasing even before the item is required to be installed in your PUR water filter! It's like the HP copier color cartridge scam all over again! I requested a return and I have not had a response from PUR or a reliable response from Amazon. DO NOT BUY this product under any circumstances!

I do not use the water or ice from the frig/freezer. However I use ice trays and use the filtered water from the pitcher. Worth it

Supposed to be super filters. Water tastes good & helps the keurig last longer. Try to find the genuine PUR brand & some imitation brands are tricky with their names. These are a great product.

These filters seem to not work as long as the previous filters. They start flowing really slowly within a short period of time. Nothing has changed with the water that I filter through these. Wouldn't surprise if this is intentional to sell more filters. Corporations are greedy.

This new configuration surpasses them, my water now is super clear with no aftertaste. Quick and easy to set up and it fits my old pitcher. I like it!!
