This was a nice addition to my cardio/boxing regimen. It only took me about 20 minutes to assemble and the assembly directions were super easy to understand. This is an excellent item to add to any home for training purposes.

The parts do not fit together, inflatable is cheap, already ripped after one day, and the metal pole keeps coning apart, whoever decided to make the base an inflatable shouldn’t be selling products.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased a different bag prior to buying this one the quality just wasn’t there .So I decided to give this bag a Go and it’s been phenomenal great bounce back and great quality..Took like 5 mins to put together Highly Recommended

This was a ok product. We got it all put together and pumped it up and there was a hole in it so it didn't blow up. There wasn't a patch in it so didn't get to fix it. It was missing a couple parts that it said it had but we were able to fabricate what we needed . Worth the money if all the parts were in and if it wasn't popped

This punching bag is so fun to just play with and you get a good workout at the same time. The setup was simple and the instructions provided was straightforward. I filled the base with water and it works great l, no issues of it tipping over. The bag itself is filled with air and is quite light. The pole is height adjustable, there's several height options you can set it too. It also flexes and bends very well. I was worried the base might leak but so far no leaks whatsoever. Overall a decent punching bag for practice or to get a good workout.

The media could not be loaded. The top boxing bag keeps spinning my daughter punched it and hurt herself on the pole because it was not locked on defective not a good brand
