The punching bag itself is pretty hard/solid and kind of hurts to punch. That being said, some people may prefer this feel so it may not actually be a negative. I would say you definitely want some type of glove with this bag. All else was great.

So far, I’ve only had it four days and I am loving it. I filled it with water and it is very sturdy so I’m very happy with this exercise equipment. 20 minutes. You get a good sweat 30 minutes. You get a good workout.

This is great for at-home warm ups, frustration relief, or just keeping your reflexes sharp without needing a full gym. The spring feels responsive and the base holds steady once you fill it. Hubby is 6ft with large hands, and the gloves actually fit him snug, which was a nice surprise. BUT. The height listing is definitely not accurate. It says 63" max but it doesn’t quite reach that. The fake guy in the product photo is definitely 5ft. For my husband, it sits a bit lower than ideal, and he has to dip into his stance more than he normally would. For teens, smaller adults, or kids, this thing is perfect. For taller folks, just know it’ll feel short. Which might be a deal breaker. Still keeping it because it’s fun, easy to set up, and gets used daily. Just docking stars for the height claim being pretty off as you can see in the measurements. Disclaimer: I’m a real human. I picked this up for my son, who's been doing Karate and Muay Thai for a while now, and figured he'd enjoy having something to train with at home. Turns out, I was right. This punching bag with stand has become his go-to outlet for both practice and burning off extra energy. What's great about it: It comes with everything you need - punching ball, stand, base, gloves, even an air pump. The adjustable height feature is a huge win too. Right now, it fits him perfectly, and I love that there's plenty of room to raise it as he grows. The whole thing feels solid, with a tough spring at the base that really snaps the bag back quickly after a punch. It's surprisingly responsive, almost like a real sparring partner. The construction is actually nicer than I expected. The multi-layer ball feels durable with a solid rebound, and the base stays put when filled with sand or water. Definitely doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. Plus, the spring action has held up well, it's been bent back thousands of times and still kicks back like day one. I got this punching bag thinking it would help me at least START the journey of "getting fit" & healthier. Instead of doing "just" that, it's done so much more by also becoming my unpaid therapist & helped reduce my stress levels. Every time my WiFi cuts out...Or someone says, "Let's circle back" this bag takes the hit instead of my sanity! It wobbles, squeaks, & occasionally also fights back when I miss—kind of like life does!!! LOL!! Height adjustable?? Yes! Dignity adjustable? Sadly, No just No!!! This punching bag is DEFINITELY great stress relief!! I'm hardly a gym rat (honestly NOT even a tiny itty little bit!) But, after finally healing after a serious physical injury caused by klutziness & muscular weakness. I knew if I didn't make big changes fast I would wind up hurt again & wanted to avoid that at all costs. My Dr advised I start using weights & strength training & recommended a punching bag! I would 1000% recommend this set up for anyone looking for healthy habits/options that ate also fun ways to with a job, kids, or those that like myself are just trying to exist while aging way too fast in 2025!!
